IDEA Speaker Series Launches at Fulton Theatre

The nationally regarded Fulton Theatre in partnership with Greenfield is proud to announce the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) Speaker Series. The Series of four events throughout the season kicks off Sunday, October 10, with Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS Executive Director Tom Viola. Tickets are FREE to the community, but reservations are required.

BC/EFA Awards $13 Million In Grants In Fiscal Year 2021

While theaters on Broadway and across the country were forced into darkness because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS supporters shined brightly, fueling $13,024,000 in grants to The Actors Fund and 424 other social services agencies across the country during fiscal year 2021, which ends September 30.

Places Please Project Teams with The Actors Fund to Help Theatre Workers Return to NYC

New nonprofit Places Please Project has partnered with The Actors Fund to provide financial assistance to theater workers who left New York during the COVID pandemic and now need to return so they can go back to work. Founded by Lilli Cooper (Tony-nominated actor), Kyle Jarrow (Tony-nominated writer), Andrew Lippa (Tony-nominated composer), Annie Schiffmann (founder of Downstage Media) and Kara Unterberg (founder of New York SongSpace), Places Please Project is committed to helping theater workers in need at this unique moment in time.

Broadway Bares: Twerk From Home Raises $349,434 So Far For BC/EFA

The show, directed by Tony Award winner and Bares creator Jerry Mitchell and co-directed by Laya Barak and Nick Kenkel, featured 14 original numbers that opened the doors for 170 dancers to uncover fantasies and discover confidence in the wake of being stuck at home for so long.

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS Launches Red Bucket Match-Up Campaign With Jordan Fisher, Kathryn Gallagher, Aaron Tveit, and More!

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS has announced the first Red Bucket Match-Up, an online fundraising campaign starting today to fund BC/EFA's National Grants Program. The two-week competition, with a $2 million goal, will help provide lifesaving medication, health care and emergency assistance to those across the country struggling right now.

BC/EFA Provides Record-Breaking $2.45 Million In Food Grants
