The Drifters Girl – the new musical which tells the remarkable story of one of the world's greatest vocal groups and the woman who made them – is to extend its run at Garrick Theatre in London to Sunday 12 February 2023.

That is the premise and the purpose of MUSE MATCH, a concert of new works benefiting The Musical Theatre Factory. The founder of the event, Bill Coyne described it as a “musical theatre blind date.” Cabaret artists are matched up with a composer or composing team. They answer a series of in-depth questions about what believe in and what’s important to them as people, and voila! a custom-made song.

Dallas Summer Musicals (DSM) and Broadway Across America (BAA) announced today that single tickets for the First National Tour of Mean Girls— the record-breaking new musical comedy produced by Lorne Michaels, Stuart Thompson, Sonia Friedman, and Paramount Pictures based on the hit film—will go on sale Friday, March 4. Dallas’ premiere engagement of Mean Girls will run May 3-15, 2022 at the Music Hall at Fair Park as part of the Germania Insurance Broadway Series presented by DSM.
Vineyard Theatre Artistic Directors Douglas Aibel and Sarah Stern have announced updates for the company’s season. Initially announced as a special event, Lessons in Survival: 1971 will now receive a full production on the Vineyard stage May 25 - June 30.

Broadway's Mean Girls is at Wharton Center in East Lansing until this Sunday, March 6th. Based on the 2004 movie, Mean Girls premiered on Broadway back in 2018 and it went on to be nominated for 12 Tony Awards.
