Leading musical theatre and production company Stage Entertainment announces the appointment of Kirsty Doubleday as Head of International Brand Management.

Following its UK premiere at the Edinburgh International Festival this August, Aakash Odedra Company's epic new dance work Samsara goes on the road. The tour opens at Curve Leicester on 1 October and on 17 and 18 October the company will make their debut at Sadler's Wells Theatre.

Now, for better or worse, the bio-concert emerges, as the slick new touring production of AIN’T TOO PROUD : The Life and Times of THE TEMPTATIONS opened at Shea’s Buffalo Theatre. The music of the Motown wonder group THE TEMPTATIONS is one of the  latest properties to take to the Broadway stage. And since it's debut, other biographical musicals are being given similar treatment, telling the stories of Cher, Tina Turner and Michael Jackson.

We Will Not Be Silent, a benefit concert to honor and support those courageously resisting oppression today, featuring songs from White Rose: The Musical, with book & lyrics by Brian Belding and music by Natalie Brice, will be presented at The Green Room 42 (570 10th Avenue) on Thursday, May 19 at 7pm.

Just last night, MCC Theater celebrated the opening of the World Premiere of Which Way to the Stage by Ana Nogueira (Empathitrax) and directed by Mike Donahue (MCC's Collective Rage). A new play about the decades-long, tempestuous friendship between Dorothy Parker and Robert Benchley will receive an industry reading on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.

THE AGITATORS: The Story of Susan B. Anthony and Frederick Douglass by Mat Smart will run at Playhouse on Park from May 25 - June 12, 2022. This production is part of Playhouse on Park's 13th Main Stage Season, and it will be directed by Kelly O'Donnell.
