Anthem Entertainment (formerly ole) artist Kalsy Kulyk announced today that her debut, self-titled album will release August 30. The newcomer's most recent single, “Bad Liar,” is one of seven tracks featured on the project, along with nostalgia-laced previous track release “More Time.” 

The Greenwich Wine + Food Festival presented by PepsiCo announced the Serendipity 2019 Most Innovative Chefs - eight Connecticut and New York chefs recognized for their creativity, passion and expertise in culinary arts, as well as their local community efforts. In addition to this local talent, Martha Stewart will be honored at the festival's opening night event.

Drew Holcomb and The Neighbors are set to release new album Dragons next week, Aug. 16th via Thirty Tigers. Ahead of its release, he's sharing 'You Want What You Can't Have (feat. Lori McKenna),' McKenna lends her vocals and songwriting talents here and also wrote with Drew on another album track, 'Make It Look So Easy.'

The Grand Rapids Symphony definitely was 'Blessed' last night to have 'Jesus Take The Wheel' as guest song writers from Nashville perform there chart topping hits and tell the stories along with them, turning the ski area into a larger Blue Bird Cafe for the special event. As 'Went Out Last Night', we were 'Living in Fast Forward', and 'Playing Cinderella' and there might have been 'Something In The Water' as sweet as 'American Honey', some may have been a 'Real Good Man' or had a 'Girl Crush' but we all knew we'd be leaving 'When The Sun Goes Down'. Although leaving some people might have been thinking 'When I Get Where I'm Going', and thinking of the other great songs we heard.

But without songwriters Dewayne Blackwell and Earl Bud Lee, Garth Brooks never would have sung Friends in Low Places. Nor would you ever have heard Before He Cheats or Live Like You Were Dying without Chris Tompkins and Josh Kear to write the former for Carrie Underwood or Tim Nichols and Craig Wiseman to pen the latter for Tim McGraw.

The Country Music Association announces which of today's hottest hits will be performed during a?oeCMA Fest,a?? the Music Event of Summer, airing SUNDAY, AUG. 4 (8:00a?"11:00 p.m. EDT), on ABC. The special can also be viewed the next day on ABC.com, the ABC app and Hulu. For the 16th consecutive year, the prime-time concert special, hosted by Thomas Rhett and Kelsea Ballerini with special guest host Bobby Bones, brings Country Music's Ultimate Fan Experience to a national television audience.

Twenty-five years ago in Grand Rapids, the Van Andel Arena still was on the drawing board. Meijer Gardens had opened just three months earlier, but it would be many years before an outdoor amphitheater would be built as a venue for summer concerts.   At Cannonsburg Ski Area, on a steamy evening in mid-July, the Grand Rapids Symphony launched a brand new, outdoor concert experience called the Picnic Pops.   This season The Grand Rapids Symphony celebrates its 25th Anniversary of its D&W Fresh Market Picnic Pops with a series of three shows that are all time favorites with Picnic Pops audiences plus a special event capping off four weeks of concerts at Cannonsburg.

“End of the World” – an electrified clarion call for unity, community, and revelry in the upside-down world of today –  is the latest single from Holcomb's forthcoming albumDragons, due out August 16, 2019 via Thirty Tigers. The track was co-written with fellow Nashville songwriter Sean McConnell (Brad Paisley, Tim McGraw) and forced Holcomb out of his comfort zone and into new vocal and melodic heights: “Sometimes throwing a party is the only way to fight off the darkness, and I wanted it to be an epic, boisterous, raise-your-glass-and-yell-with-me anthem.”

Producer Kevin McCollum announced today that the new musical, Mrs. Doubtfire, will premiere at Seattle's 5th Avenue Theatre this fall on route to Broadway.  The musical features a book Karey Kirkpatrick and John O'Farrell and music and lyrics by Wayne Kirkpatrick and Karey Kirkpatrick, the Tony Award nominated team behind Something Rotten!  Four-time Tony Award winner Jerry Zaks (Hello, Dolly!) will direct and Lorin Latarro (Waitress) will choreograph.  Ethan Popp (Tina) will serve as Music Supervisor.

Center Stage Magazine announces IndieFest 3.0, a truly unique musical experience, started in June of 2017, to be enjoyed by residents and visitors alike - and it's totally free.  CMA Fest has just announced Eric Church as an additional performer at Nissan Stadium Friday, June 7. Church will take the stage at CMA Fest between shows on his highly successful Double Down Tour, where he made history Saturday night setting the new attendance record at Nissan Stadium with 56,521 people in the audience. Church is the first solo artist to perform at Nissan Stadium sans an opening act, performing alone for more than three hours, with songs spanning his entire six-album catalog. 

The Country Music Association's acclaimed CMA Songwriters Series Presented by U.S. Bank will return to the CMA Theater in Nashville Wednesday, June 5 at 7:00 PM with performances by Tracy Lawrence, Heather Morgan, Eric Paslay and Liz Rose. The songwriter's round is a fan favorite that will kick off festivities as tens of thousands of Country Music fans descend upon Nashville for CMA Fest, the world's longest-running Country Music festival, now in its 48th year.
