TUCK EVERLASTING, a heartwarming musical based on the beloved children's novel by Natalie Babbitt, makes its Houston Premiere at artFACTORY just in time for your summer plans. This musical runs June 21st through July 7th, and features a beautiful score by Chris Miller, lyrics by Nathan Tysen, and a book by both Claudia Shear and Tim Federle. Come follow the tale of Winnie Foster, a young girl who meets a mysterious family, and goes on a thrilling adventure!

This summer, bring your family to see TUCK EVERLASTING, a heartwarming, evocative musical about living life to the fullest. When Winnie goes looking for adventure and meets a family with a fabulous secret, their chance encounter will change them all forever. The show explores eternal love, never-ending life, and what it means to truly feel alive. Produced by WPPAC's Stage 2 Program, the Westchester premiere of TUCK EVERLASTING the musical will play the WPPAC stage August 2-11.

Production is underway in Salt Lake City, Utah, on the highly anticipated, innovative and re-invented 'High School Musical: The Musical: The Series' for Disney+, The Walt Disney Company's upcoming streaming service. The series is developed and executive produced by Tim Federle ('Ferdinand'), alongside showrunner and executive producer Oliver Goldstick ('Pretty Little Liars,' 'Ugly Betty'). Bill Borden and Barry Rosenbush (the original 'High School Musical' trilogy) are also executive producers. Sundance Film Festival-nominated film, television and music video director Tamra Davis ('Empire,' 'Crazy Ex-Girlfriend') is directing the first three episodes. The choreographer is Zach Woodlee ('Glee,' 'Dumplin'').

In a production where the whole is certainly equal to the sum of its parts, Tuck Everlasting could emerge as a pleasing and long-lasting alternative to splashier or too familiar seasonal holiday fare.

Jenna Gavigan made her Broadway debut in the 2003 revival of Gypsy starring Bernadette Peters as the Hollywood Blonde and understudy for June. Ernie Nolan and his stellar crew of theatrical collaborators at Nashville Children's Theatre once again prove their mettle with a production worthy of adulation and acclaim, thanks to their world premiere of the TYA (theater for young audiences) version of the recent Broadway musical Tuck Everlasting. Based on Natalie Babbitt's 1975 novel - long considered one of the finest works ever written expressly for young readers - Tuck Everlasting is a thing of beauty, whether onstage or on the page, and audiences unfamiliar with either the book or the play are in for an emotional, thought-provoking journey that reverberates long after the final bows ring down the show's curtain.

Former Broadway dancer turned award-winning writer, Tim Federle is bringing his fabulously funny and wonderfully entertaining Nate series to an end with NATE EXPECTATIONS.
