As a part of the special concert series, Musical Mondays, Second Stage Theater has announced Adam Chanler-berat, Lawrence Clayton, Jennifer Damiano, Louis Hobson, Tamika Lawrence, Isaac Powell, Alice Ripley, Amy Spanger, J. Robert Spencer, Pearl Sun and Aaron Tveit will perform Next To Normal: A Concert Celebration.

Broadway talents including Mallory Bechtel (Dear Evan Hansen), Jason Gotay (Bring It On), Isaac Powell (Once on This Island), and Kate Rockwell (Mean Girls) complete the lineup for the next installment of the acclaimed Broadway Sings concert series, honoring the English singer-songwriter Adele. Current cast members from Broadway shows including Come From Away, King Kong, and The Book of Mormon will sing completely new arrangements of the hits of the award winning singer, accompanied by a 14-piece orchestra playing original orchestrations of her music.
The acclaimed Broadway Sings concert series will continue on March 4 at 8pm, honoring singer-songwriter Adele with a bombshell cast of Broadway stars including Matt Doyle (The Book of Mormon), Bonnie Milligan (Head Over Heels), Wesley Taylor(SpongeBob SquarePants), and Jessica Vosk (Wicked). The one-night-only concert will feature completely new arrangements of the hits of the English singer, accompanied by a 14-piece orchestra playing original orchestrations of her music.
The starry lineup is set for the fifth monthly concert in the new year-long Broadway Sings spinoff series, Broadway Sings: Unplugged. On December 10 at 7pm and 9:30pm, The Green Room 42 will present Unplugged: Lady Gaga, featuring original 'unplugged' arrangements of the singer-songwriter's hits, orchestrated for an acoustic band.

Known for their hit duo act that has toured the country stripping down music with Broadway guests, Lauren Molina and Nick Cearly are at the forefront of the cabaret industry. The National Alliance for Musical Theatre kicks off their Fall Events week with Thank You, 30!, a gala event to be held on Monday, October 22nd at Guastavino's (409 East 59th Street) celebrating the 30th Annual Festival of New Musicals. The benefit gala will honor Marleen & Kenny Alhadeff and New World Stages. The gala performance will be directed by Amy Corcoran with music direction by Ian Eisendrath and orchestrations by Rona Siddiqui.

Last night, GETTIN' THE BAND BACK TOGETHER welcomed some high-profile guests, including Jose Llana, Celia Keenan-Bolger, Marsha Mason, Jaygee Macapugay, Nikka Graff Lanzarone and ONCE ON THIS ISLAND's Alex Newell. The producers of Broadway's Gettin' The Band Back Together, announced today that the show will close on Sunday, September 16 following the evening performance. It will have played 30 previews and 40 performances at the Belasco Theatre (111 W 44thStreet). Previews began on July 19 and the show opened on August 13. SH-K-BOOM RECORDS has announced it will record the new musical comedy, Gettin' The Band Back Together for an Original Broadway Cast Album to be released later this year. The production, currently running at The Belasco Theatre, is directed by Tony Award winner John Rando and choreographed by Chris Bailey.
