This week's Konversations with Keeme features Lieutenant Thomas Roncinske.  He's a 29 year veteran of the Norwalk Police department and the Division Commander, directing a team of two sergeants, four investigators and eight School Resource Officers. He is responsible for the investigations of all serious crimes perpetrated against children, juveniles and the elderly and for coordinating school security for the Norwalk School District. He is also responsible for coordinating the preparation & follow up of Juvenile Court cases.  He is also the Commanding Officer of The ESU Scuba Team and is an Adjunct college professor at Sacred Heart University.  The Lieutenant will be taking part in our 'Finding your voice in self defense' workshop on Feb. 3rd. City Theatre will welcome Tamara Tunie and Laurie Klatscher to the City Theatre stage this spring to bring the unlikely plans in Jen Silverman's play The Roommate to life. It is directed by City Theatre's Artistic Producer, Reginald L. Douglas, and will run on the City Theatre Main Stage, March 2 - 24, 2019. Tickets are on sale now.

'Before This New Year,' a coming-of-age identity and right-of-first-passage love story by playwright Liana Sonenclar, will play a reading for industry on Monday, November 19th at 7 PM, at the Jerry Orbach Theater at the Theater Center at 210 West 50th Street, and will feature a notable cast. The play is helmed by director Kimberly Loren Eaton, who has been working on the development of the piece with Sonenclar the past several months through her creative development and production company Theatrum Mundi Productions.

Pittsburgh Public Theater News!Pittsburgh Public Theater Artistic Director Marya Sea Kaminski and Managing Director Lou Castelli today announced that award-winning actress and Pittsburgh native Tamara Tunie will star as Prospero in the company's upcoming production of The Tempest. Written by William Shakespeare and adapted and directed by Ms. Kaminski, The Tempest will run January 24 - February 24, 2019 at the O'Reilly Theater, Pittsburgh Public Theater's home in the heart of Downtown's Cultural District.
