Hillbarn Theatre, the Peninsula's premier theatre company, opens its 2019-20 season with the Beaumont 1987 version of the hilarious maritime musical, Anything Goes. The recipient of three Tony Awards and three Drama Desk Awards, Anything Goes will perform at Hillbarn Theatre (1285 East Hillsdale Blvd., Foster City) August 29-September 15, 2019.
Best in Shows, a star-studded cabaret evening benefiting the Humane Society of New York, will honor Broadway stars Andy Karl and Orfeh on Monday, October 14 , 2019 at 7 pm at Feinstein's/ 54 Below. Karl and Orfeh be awarded the Humane Society of New York's Sandy Fund Award in recognition of their deep concern and support of the needs of rescued animals.

This summer, the LA Phil introduces CODA Plus at the Hollywood Bowl. The new group offers young professionals an insider's view of five select LA Phil performances through exclusive pre-concert events, featuring guest speakers and complimentary drinks and small bites. CODA Plus members can then take in the concerts from premium bench seats.
Just last night, June 24, SubCulture and Jason Robert Brown presented an evening of songs and stories at Town Hall. This was the 50th performance of SubCulture's Artist-in-Residence series, which will feature brand new arrangements with an orchestra of New York's finest musicians. TV Land's hit series Younger has teamed up with The United State of Women on a Public Service Announcement in support of the Violence Against Women Act. Currently, long-standing funds to help and protect survivors of gender-based violence are under threat. This PSA features the full Younger cast - Sutton Foster, Hilary Duff, Debi Mazar, Miriam Shor, Nico Tortorella, Peter Hermann, Molly Bernard and Charles Michael Davis - urging fans to take action and help get the Violence Against Women Act renewed.

During the interview, GMA shares a clip of the series that features Foster and co-star Hillary Duff singing at Maries Crisis in New York City.
