Death Becomes Her has shared a photo of the company on the final day of rehearsals prior to the Chicago run!

Christopher Sieber and Michelle Williams are joining the cast of the pre-Broadway run of Death Becomes Her the Musical in Chicago! Tina - The Tina Turner Musical stands as a masterful exposé of the icon's life, ranking among the best in its genre in my humble opinion. The entire cast of this Broadway touring production deserves commendation, with each performer and the orchestra paying much-deserved homage to the queen of rock ‘n roll.

Carmelo Anthony joined the team of The Harder They Come at the Public Theater as an executive producer. Anthony’s long-time business partner Asani Swann will also serve as an executive producer on the show.

The world premiere musical THE HARDER THEY COME, an adaptation of the classic Jamaican film, has extended through Sunday, April 2 at The Public Theater. 

Beginning on Thursday, February 16, theatergoers will be able to visit Wheel and Come Again: The 50th Anniversary Art Exhibition of The Harder They Come on The Public Theater’s Levin Mezzanine, an exhibition of art inspired by the original film.

The Public Theater has announced the complete cast for the world premiere of The Harder They Come. Joining the cast is Natey Jones in the lead role of Ivan, making his American stage debut, as well as J. Bernard Calloway and more.

A private industry reading will be held in New York City of A Wonderful World, a new musical based on the life and songs of jazz legend and American icon Louis Armstrong, starring Tony Award winner James Monroe Iglehart.

Paradise Square officially resumed performances last night, April 19, after briefly going dark due to COVID cases within the cast. Joaquina Kalukango gave a speech after last night's performance, where she talked about being grateful to be back on stage.

The new Broadway musical Paradise Square will now resume performances on Tuesday, April 19 at the Barrymore Theatre (243 West 47th Street), rather than Saturday, April 16 as previously announced. The change is due to additional COVID cases within the company.

After previously announcing that performances would resume on Tuesday, April 12, the original new Broadway musical Paradise Square will definitely resume performances on Saturday, April 16, with performances at 2:00 and 8:00 pm at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre (243 West 47th Street). The production, which opened April 3, halted performances on Thursday, April 7 after positive COVID cases were experienced in the company.

BroadwayWorld has learned that Paradise Square principal cast member Chilina Kennedy will miss upcoming preview performances of the production due to testing positive for COVID. She is currently set to return on Saturday, April 2.
