Tony Award winner Kelli O'Hara will give an intimate cabaret performance at Feinstein's/54 Below on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. in honor of Music Director Steven Reineke's tenth anniversary leading The New York Pops. There has been a proliferation of jukebox musicals in the past 2 decades. MAMA MIA far and away heads the list of successes. Using the guilty-pleasure pop catalog of ABBA, playwright Catherine Johnson spun a light-as-air family comedy. Somehow this show makes the songs sound like they were written specifically for the story. It's cumulus-cloud fluffy but also downright irresistible.

A Sign of the Times, a new musical featuring the songs of Petula Clark and multiple hit-makers of the 1960s, will join the Delaware Theater Company's 40th Anniversary Season, from November 28 - December 23.

The New York Pops is partnering with UNTUCKit this holiday season to distribute more than 600 shirts to students at two participating PopsEd schools in Queens.

The New York Pops celebrates the holidays with Under the Mistletoe, on Friday, December 21 and Saturday, December 22 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall. The orchestra, led by Music Director Steven Reineke, is joined by Ashley Brown (Broadway's original Mary Poppins, and Belle in the Broadway version of Disney's Beauty and the Beast) for a concert of classic and contemporary carols including "Deck the Halls," "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year," "Winter Wonderland", and "O Holy Night." Ashley and The New York Pops will also be joined by Judith Clurman's Essential Voices USA, who are featured on a Hanukkah Medley, as well as other seasonal favorites. 

The New York Pops, led by Music Director Steven Reineke, kicks off its 2018-19 season with Roll Over Beethoven: A Different Kind of Orchestra today, October 19 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall. The orchestra is joined by three time 'Las Vegas Headliner of the Year' singer Frankie Moreno, plus band and a pair of dancers, for an evening of rock 'n' roll favorites by Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Elvis Presley, The Beatles, and others. Songs include 'Great Balls of Fire,' 'Jailhouse Rock,' 'Eleanor Rigby,' 'Bridge Over Troubled Water,' and more.

Nikki Renee Daniels and Ryan Shaw will join The New York Pops and Music Director Steven Reineke for Unforgettable: Celebrating Nat King Cole and Friends on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall, replacing previously announced soloist Billy Porter, who has withdrawn from this performance due to a schedule conflict. Unforgettable celebrates Nat King Cole's centennial, featuring his greatest hits alongside special selections from legends that he inspired.

Mr. Moreno last appeared at Carnegie Hall with The New York Pops and Mr. Reineke in 2015, performing the music of Frank Sinatra.

In a move to attract new audiences to live orchestral music, the Princeton Symphony Orchestra has expanded its concert offerings to include Saturday night (8 pm) performances at Richardson Auditorium.

Musical theatre composer/lyricist, Michael Mott, will return to Feinstein's/54 Below in Michael Mott & Friends today, September 7 at 9:30 pm. Mott was last seen at Feinstein's/ 54 Below with a two night sold out concert run of his original musical, In The Light.

On Saturday, September 29 at 8 pm and Sunday, September 30 at 4 pm, the Princeton Symphony Orchestra (PSO) opens its six-concert Classical Series with a celebration of one of America's most revered composers and conductors, Leonard Bernstein. The concert features brilliant violinist Daniel Rowland performing the West Side Story Suite (arranged by William Brohn) for violin and orchestra, and stunning soprano Meghan Picerno singing "Glitter and be Gay" from Candide.
