World Premiere Of TIME AND TIDE Comes to Park Theatre

Relish Theatre in association with Park Theatre will present the world premiere of award-winning playwright James McDermott's new play TIME AND TIDE, directed by Rob Ellis. Starring Wendy Nottingham as May (Vera Drake, Peaky Blinders, Mr Selfridge), Paul Easom as Ken, Elliot Liburd as Daz, and Josh Barrow as Nemo, the production runs from 5-29 February 2020, with a national press night on Friday 7 February.

Kiln Theatre Announces Programme As Part Of Brent London Borough Of Culture 2020

Kiln Theatre today announces their programme as part of Sadiq Khan's wider Brent London Borough of Culture 2020. The programme includes the world première of Zadie Smith's The Wife of Willesden directed by Artistic Director Indhu Rubasingham, renewing their collaboration following the acclaimed world première stage adaptation of Smith's White Teeth in 2018, Footholds: NW Stories; a trilogy of short plays by Moira Buffini, Suhayla El-Bushra and Roy Williams, and the fourth annual Mapping Brent project, supported by the Brent 2020 Culture Fund. Kiln Theatre will also lead The Agency, a programme for young people in Brent to workshop and pitch unique business and social enterprise ideas for funding and support.

Paines Plough Announce Anniversary Gala

Paines Plough have today announced a special one-off event at the Criterion Theatre on 18th November and a transfer of Sam Steiner's YOU STUPID DARKNESS! to Southwark Playhouse, a co-production with Theatre Royal Plymouth. The announcements mark the final programming from former co-Artistic Directors James Grieve and George Perrin. Charlotte Bennett and Katie Posner are set to announce their new season for the company on Friday 4 October.

Ian Rickson Directs Conor McPherson's New Adaptation Of Chekhov's UNCLE VANYA at the Harold Pinter Theatre

Sonia Friedman Productions today announced Conor McPherson's (The Weir, Girl from the North Country) new adaptation of Anton Chekhov's masterpiece Uncle Vanya directed by Ian Rickson (Jerusalem, The Seagull) which will run at the Harold Pinter Theatre from 14th January 2020 with Opening Night on Thursday 23rd January 2020. Tickets go on general sale from Monday 30th September with priority booking from Wednesday 25th September.
