Outside Lands has unveiled the programming for the now-beloved, dance space Dolores’. The space celebrates queer and trans communities with the joy and vibrancy that the Bay Area is known for. Dolores’ will return to the Polo Field at the festival grounds and honor the rich history of queer arts, events and activism in San Francisco and beyond… Everyone is welcome at Dolores’! 

54 BELOW will present Porter Carroll, Jr. in The Evolution of Cabaret (EVOC) on March 29, 2024 at 9:30pm. The Song-stylist, Porter Carroll, Jr., along with his four piece band of A-List musicians, will “just maybe” be re-inventing the wheel in the Cabaret/Jazz Room space.

MADam LUCY, deceased, a new musical about the life (and afterlife) of Lucy Ludwell Paradise (1752-1814), with book & lyrics by two-time Emmy Award-winning songwriter William Schermerhorn and music by composer and recording artist Elise Morris, will have its first staged workshop in Williamsburg, Virginia, in the historic Great Hall of the Sir Christopher Wren Building on the campus of William & Mary.

As part of the North to Shore Festival announced recently by New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy and First Lady Tammy Murphy at NJPAC’s Prudential Hall, the popular Meat Loaf & Jim Steinman tribute band (Remember Jones – Bat of Hell Live) will perform inside the Superstar Theatre.

This meta musical comedy filled with high jinks, low kinks, and go-go boys is written by Nora Burns (David's Friend, Unitard) and directed by Adam Pivirotto, with choreography by Robin Carrigan and a cast of ten diverse actors and dancers.

Rock n' soul will rule the night on Saturday, April 22 at 8:00 pm as Christine Ohlman, the flashy, gritty platinum-blonde 'Beehive Queen,' who is the longtime vocalist with NBC's Saturday Night Live Band, brings Christine Ohlman & Rebel Montez to The Emelin Theatre in Mamaroneck for “THE QUEEN MEETS THE KINGS,” teaming with legendary Billy Joel drummer Liberty Devitto & The Slim Kings in a night of roots-driven, soulful rock n' roll that will spotlight songs from their recordings, including Ohlman's latest, 

The new collection’s melodies may be hard to categorize, from 70’s underground disco to acid jazz. Current lineup includes singer, songwriter and composer Kate Mattison, singer and rapper Lola Adanna, drummer Caito Sanchez (Charles Bradley, Lee Fields), bassist Andrew Raposo (Midnight Magic, Hess Is More) and sax player + flautist Izaak Mills.
