Meany Center for the Performing Arts at the University of Washington has announced five additional events for the 2022–23 Season.

AT THIS PERFORMANCE…  returns to The Green Room 42 featuring Standbys, Understudies and Alternates from A STRANGE LOOP; HADESTOWN; MR. SATURDAY NIGHT; MRS. DOUBTFIRE; THE BOOK OF MORMON;  GIRL FROM THE NORTH COUNTRY and ROMEO & BERNADETTE on Monday, June 20th at 7 PM.   

The Hangar Theater has announced the beginning of the 2022 Mainstage Season with the regional premiere of School Girls; Or, The African Mean Girls Play. 

Stephen DeAngelis will continue his ongoing salute to Broadway and Off-Broadway Standbys, Understudies and Alternates with the next edition of AT THIS PERFORMANCE…™ to be held on Monday, June 20th  at The Green Room 42, Green Fig, Fourth Floor, Yotel NYC, 570 Tenth Avenue (at 42nd Street), New York, NY 10036 at 7 PM.

Claudia Forestieri wrote the pilot and serves as executive producer. The cast includes Olivia Goncalves, Diana Maria Riva, Juan Javier Cardenas, Savannah Nicole Ruiz, Noah Rico, Cosette Hauer and Dascha Polanco. Patrick Fabian and Loni Love will guest star.

The Beautiful City Project announces the cast of its June fundraising cabaret SUMMER ART PROJECT, with proceeds to benefit Project Onward, an organization that exists to give artists with disabilities a 'visual voice' to tell their stories and change the perceptions of the world.

The Magnetic Theatre presents the local premiere of Starbright, written by Asheville resident Sean David Robinson, running July 8th through July 23rd, 2022.

The Fulton Theatre will close out the 2021/22 Season's Ellen Arnold Groff Studio Series with Five Guys Named Moe, a swinging musical tribute celebrating the exuberant sounds of rhythm and blues pioneer, Louis Jordan. The title song, Five Guys Named Moe, was written in 1942 and performed by Jordan and his Tympani Five. The Harlem Renaissance is alive and well with zoot suits, upright bass, swinging beats, and soulful jazz. This musical fantasy is filled with high-energy dancing and incredible vocals that are sure to bring sheer joy and entertainment to all.

Just For Laughs has announced that ​​Just For Laughs Escapes is heading back to Cancun for more non-stop comedy in the sun between November 2-6, 2022.

Ronald K. Brown / EVIDENCE will return to Jacob’s Pillow in Week 2 of the Dance Festival this year from June 29-July 3. The company will perform several works, including the world premiere of The Equality of Night and Day, with noted jazz composer Jason Moran playing live for each performance.

Music Theater Heritage has announced the cast and creatives for its upcoming production of Maury Yeston's TITANIC, the Kansas City professional premiere. The production is directed by MTH Artistic Director Tim Scott and features an ensemble cast of nineteen. In a unique twist, the score features new orchestrations comprised of only instruments that were present on the infamous ocean liner, a grand piano and a string quartet.

Merrimack Repertory Theatre (MRT) announced today its 2022-23 Season – a lineup brimming with optimism and exuberance, including a world premiere adaptation of A Christmas Carol, the East Coast premiere of a Cambodian-American play, and a new initiative for young audiences, according to Nancy L. New Jersey Performing Arts Center presents The Simon & Garfunkel Story on Thursday, March 2, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. This immersive and transcendent experience chronicles the amazing journey shared by the folk-rock duo, Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel. The show tells the story from their humble beginnings when they were known as Tom & Jerry, to their incredible success as one of the best-selling music groups of the 1960s, to their dramatic split in 1970. It culminates with the famous “The Concert in Central Park” reunion in 1981 with more than a half-million fans in attendance.
