In its eighth iteration, Island Theatre brings to the stage ten of the best short plays penned by Kitsap County playwrights for a three day festival of live performances at Bainbridge Performing Arts. Production wrapped this week on new episodes of TLC's first scripted series TOO CLOSE TO HOME, written, directed and produced by Tyler Perry. Filming took place in Atlanta at Tyler Perry Studios located on the former Fort McPherson army base.
