The John W. Engeman Theater is happy to announce that Patti LuPone will offer a second performance of her show Don't Monkey with Broadway. 'We received a tremendous response after announcing the first performance, and Patti LuPone has graciously added this second date, which will provide further support to the Northport High School Performing Arts Department,' said theater owners Richard T. Dolce and Kevin J. O'Neill. 'We are thrilled and honored to have the opportunity to host Patti LuPone for her first concert in her hometown.'

The John W. Engeman Theater presents 1776. Performances begin tonight, September 22, at 8:00pm and run through Sunday, November 6, 2016.

On January 23, 2017 the John W. Engeman Theater will host two-time Tony Award winner and Northport native Patti LuPone performing her concert entitled Don't Monkey with Broadway.

On Friday, June 10, co-owners of the John W. Engeman Theater, Richard T. Dolce and Kevin J. O'Neill, presented a check for $45,000 to President Pamela Setchell and Board member Valerie Whyte of the Huntington Lighthouse Preservation Society (HLPS).

On Wednesday, June 1, theater co-owners Kevin J. O'Neill and Richard T. Dolce hosted a special evening of Broadway entertainment to benefit the Huntington Lighthouse Preservation Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to maintaining the 104-year old Huntington Harbor Lighthouse.

Having seen a previous less-than-stellar local production of Yasmina Reza's Tony winning play God Of Carnage, I'm thrilled that Long Island's John W. Engeman Theatre has added it to their season this year. Leave it to The Engeman to redeem a show.
