NBC Shares Primetime Schedule For 5/7-6/3

Broadway and television stars, theatre fans, poker pros and game-faced novices alike will come together when Broadway Bets, Broadway's official poker tournament, returns on Monday, May 14. The event is produced by and benefits Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

CBS announced today the season finale storylines for 2017-2018, featuring big reveals, dramatic conclusions and pending nuptials!

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director/CEO) - in association with Chocolate Factory Productions (David Babani, Artistic Director) and Sonia Friedman Productions -present the first Broadway revival of Tom Stoppard's Tony Award-winning play Travesties.

Bay Street Theater and Sag Harbor Center for the Arts will present a special advanced screening of the Jules Feiffer-penned film BERNARD AND HUEY on Sunday, April 29th, at 2 pm. The film will be followed by a Q&A with Oscar/Pulitzer Prize winner Feiffer, and director Dan Mirvish. General admission tickets are $15 and are on sale now at baystreet.org and at the Box Office.

On Monday, April 9, Roundabout Theatre Company's Roundabout Underground playwriting alumni will gather to present The 24 Hour Plays Off-Broadway. Six playwrights, six directors, 24 actors and a musical guest will perform six brand new short plays written & rehearsed over the course of a single day. The performance will begin at 8:00pm at the Laura Pels Theatre at the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre (111 West 46th Street).

According to Variety, Bette Midler will return to the big screen opposite Sharon Stone in a movie adaptation of Charles Busch's play, The Tale of the Allergist's Wife. Andy Fickman will direct the project.

Musicals can be murder… Step back in time to 1959 when the musical Robbin' Hood is trying out in Boston. The sets won't work, the audiences are leaving, and the leading lady has been murdered! Who did it? And why?

Host Mario Batali and attendees Gloria and Emilio Estefan, Karolina Kurkova, and more created a one-of-a-king evening, merging theater and the culinary arts in support of healthy, equitable food access and youth-led food justice.
