Yesterday, May 8, the cast of Broadway's GHOST visited New York Citiy's 14th St. Apple Store for a performance and discussion. The event featured cast members Richard Fleeshman (Sam Wheat), Caissie Levy (Molly Jensen) and Da'Vine Joy Randolph (Oda Mae Brown), and a live performance of songs from the original score composed by multiple Grammy Award winners Dave Stewart and Glen Ballard. The West End production of GHOST THE MUSICAL is now booking until 20th April 2013 and has been seen by over 430,000 people in the UK. Yesterday, May 7, Magnolia Bakery honored Broadway's GHOST with a new cupcake. The 'Ditto' Cupcake is a classic vanilla or chocolate cupcake with pale blue vanilla bean meringue icing and is topped with a light and airy miniature meringue. The full, star-filled track list been announced for composer-lyricist Scott Alan's fourth recording, 'Live,' which follows his critically acclaimed 'What I Wanna Be When I Grow Up,' 'Dreaming Wide Awake' and 'Keys.' Siobhan Dillon and Mark Evans, who lead the West End cast in the award-winning Ghost the Musical, have recently recorded their own cover version of Somebody That I Used To Know in celebration of Gotye and Kimbra's original. The original single has reached number one in the top forty charts and is currently number one in the Billboard album charts. Since its release on You Tube last Friday, Dillon and Evans' version has currently been seen by over 14,500 people.
