The album was co-produced and recorded by Cavetown’s Robin Skinner in London. Addison shares the album’s lead single, “White Lie,” a track that establishes the emotional heights found across the entire album. Emanate production are bringing The Arc: A Trilogy of New Jewish Plays, three plays by writers Amy Rosenthal, Alexis Zegerman, and Ryan Craig, to Soho Theatre. “After Life' is a stage adaptation written by Jack Thorne, renowned for his work on the script of the stage play 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child,' and based on the movie 'Wonderful Life' directed by Hirokazu Koreeda. The play premiered at London's Royal National Theatre in June 2021 and received significant acclaim. Taking on the lead role is Tatsuya Ueda from KAT-TUN, with the experienced theater director, Masahiko Kawahara, at the helm.
Before heading to Oshawa’s Regent Theatre for Mansfield Entertainment’s SPONGEBOB: THE MUSICAL, I had never seen a single episode of the cartoon series featuring the ubiquitous bright yellow sea creature with square pants that lives in a pineapple under the sea. It didn’t matter; the candy-coloured satire was still fantastic, fishy fun.

Atmosphere, this CAESAR has aplenty. What David Melville’s production does not have this time is particularly strong acting. Players in several key roles felt miscast, out of synch with their own characters, with fellow players or, in some cases, both. As a result, the production is not great at making us emotionally invest.
