The Sixth Annual Broadway Presbyterian Church Christmas Sing Along was a rousing success! The rafters rang out with the voices of amazing Broadway talent, along with nearly 350 in the audience. Pictures from the event follow.

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director/CEO) has just announced that former New York Yankee right fielder & Mr. October Reggie Jackson has joined the Damn Yankees Benefit Concert Reading. The MLB superstar will play the role of Mr. Welch.

We need a little Christmas now! Haul out the holly at the 6th annual CHRISTMAS SINGALONG this Sunday, Dec. 3rd, 5:30 pm at Broadway Presbyterian Church (West 114th and Broadway).

An invitation-only reading of the new musical Temple will take place on Friday, April 28th at 3pm at Signature Theatre (rehearsal studio - 480 West 42nd Street, New York, NY 10036).  Temple features a book and lyrics by Silvia Peto, music by Norman Durkee, additional music by Constantine Kitsopoulos, and will be directed by Gabriel Barre.

The show plays tonight, January 12, to February 12, 2017.

Music Theatre Wichita concludes its 45th summer season with a brand-new production of the hit show Mamma Mia! at Century II Concert Hall in downtown Wichita, KS. The production runs August 10-14 and 19-21. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast onstage below!

Broadway stars Lisa Howard (It Shoulda Been You) and John Bolton (A Christmas Story: The Musical) are joining the cast of AMERICAN SHOWSTOPPERS featuring Fred Barton & His Orchestra in 'An Evening with Cole Porter' next month.

AMERICAN SHOWSTOPPERS - featuring Fred Barton & His Orchestra and starring a cast of today's best Broadway performers - will present "An Evening with Cole Porter" at Pace University's Schimmel Center in New York on Friday, March 4 at 7:30 PM and then Kingsborough Community College's Goldstein Center in Brooklyn on Saturday, March 5 at 8:00 PM.  The cast of outstanding Broadway performers includes Beth Leavel (Tony Award winner for The Drowsy Chaperone), Sean McGibbon, Paula Leggett Chase, Damon Kirsche, Karen Murphy and Jesse Luttrell in addition to the Scott Thompson Dancers. Roundabout Theatre Company's Tony-nominated revival of On the Twentieth Century, which opened to widespread critical acclaim on Broadway, is now extended by two weeks through July 19, 2015 only, and the new Broadway Cast Recording is out today, May 19, via PS Classics.

BroadwayWorld has confirmed that Roundabout Theatre Company is canceling its June 7th matinee of On the Twentieth Century to accommodate star Kristin Chenoweth's co-hosting gig with Alan Cumming for the 2015 TONY AWARDS and the cast's performance that evening. Chenoweth will also be absent from the 8 p.m. show on June 6th.
