In 2022, West Australian Opera celebrates stories of hope, passion and purpose in a program that offers audiences a range of experiences. From opera at the company's home at His Majesty's Theatre to performing in iconic West Australian venues, Government House Ballroom and the WACA Ground. 

In celebration of the 25th anniversary of the group's landmark album “Christmas Eve and Other Stories,” this year's multi-sensory extravaganza kicks off on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, and will visit 59 cities for 99 performances across America including Hershey, Pa., on November 20.

On Sunday, December 22, 2019, the new holiday rock opera The Bell Ringer is coming to The Moore Theatre, which is located at 1932 Second Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101. The show features former Trans-Siberian Orchestra members Jody Ashworth and Valerie Vigoda, and delivers a powerful and inspiring experience in the early TSO tradition, combing anthemic rock music with poignant storytelling. Joining them are a number of local music icons, including Roger Fisher (Heart), along with other band members hailing originally from Sweden, Spain, Russia, and Turkey. The Bell Ringer, Seattle-area progressive rock band Symphony North's debut album, relates a story that builds on the ideas of selflessness and self-worth. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Toys for Tots Literacy Program.

The Bell Ringer, the debut album from progressive rock band Symphony North, relates a story that builds on the ideas of selflessness and self-worth, employing the talents of musicians hailing from as far as Sweden, Spain, Russia, and Turkey. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Toys for Tots Literacy Program.

a?oeDouble, double, toil and troublea?? has made its way to His Majesty's Theatre, but instead of this famous line being spoken by the usual three witches, it (or an approximation of it) is sung in Italian by eighteen classically trained witches. WA Opera's production of Giuseppe Verdi's Macbeth opened Saturday night, delivering a dark, dense and demanding rendition of Shakespeare's classic play.

The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), a professional membership organization of songwriters, composers and music publishers, announces its Top Holiday Songs for 2017. According to an ASCAP analysis of streaming and terrestrial radio data, 1994's 'All I Want For Christmas Is You,' written by Walter Afanasieff and Mariah Carey, moves to #1, joining enduring Christmas classics like 'A Holly Jolly Christmas'(written by Johnny Marks, 1962) and 'Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow'(written by Sammy Cahn and Jule Styne, 1945), at the top of the charts. The Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, UC Davis is pleased to announce an addition to the performance schedule for its 2017-18 season. Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO) will wrap up 2014 by performing their rock opera The Christmas Attic live for the first time in arenas across the nation on their Winter Tour 2014, beginning on November 13th. While 1998's The Christmas Attic features one of the band's most popular songs 'Christmas Canon,' surprisingly, it is the only album of The Christmas Trilogy never to be performed live. The 2014 Winter Tour will find TSO playing more than 120 shows in 71 cities across North America.
