​​​​​​​Premera Blue Cross Broadway at The Paramount and the producers of the Broadway smash hit musical AIN'T TOO PROUD – THE LIFE AND TIMES OF THE TEMPTATIONS will welcome the show to Seattle's Paramount Theatre from January 24 through February 5.

The national tour of AIN’T TOO PROUD: THE LIFE AND TIMES OF THE TEMPTATIONS, now playing at the Eccles Theater, breathes life into the origins of the iconic group with slick choreography, sleek design, and dynamo performances.

It seems appropriate that the musical AIN’T TOO PROUD - THE LIFE AND TIMES OF THE TEMPTATIONS, like the band its story tells, is consistently entertaining, and full of impressive musical performances. Playing through January 8th at the San Diego Civic Theatre by Broadway San Diego.

Watching the mega-blast that is AIN’T TOO PROUD, the musical written by Dominick Morisseau based on the group’s history, this critic wanted nothing more than to be able to move like the members of Des McAnuff’s cast even for five minutes.

There are certainly examples that reflect various time periods in our history but I would argue that last 10 years has seen the biggest increase in 'homage art.' Music holds memories - and memories can be powerful.

See  two of the biggest musical legends of Motown- The Temptations and The Four Tops in New York on  Friday, December 9 at 8:00 pm at Kings Theatre in Brooklyn or in Newark, Saturday, December 10th at 8:00 pm in Newark at New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC).

A descendant of Motown royalty, Karla Gordy Bristol will present Motown: Celebrating The Music, The Magic, The Love  October 1, 2022. This world premiere, created, produced and directed by Karla, will feature a panel and show that includes: Shelly Berger, Janie Bradford, Duke Fakir, William Goldstein, Iris Gordy, Brian Holland, Brenda Holloway, Thelma Houston, Miller London, Scherrie, Lynda  & Susaye (Former Ladies of The Supremes), Martha Reeves, Paul Riser, Claudette Robinson, Smokey Robinson and Otis Williams.
