For one night only, an ensemble of Broadway performers will gather for an evening of songs and stories for Arts Ignite Richmond: A Broadway Spectacular on Saturday, July 9 at 7:30 PM at the Richmond Triangle Players' Robert B. Moss Theatre. 

Kinky Boots recently teamed up with NYC's Youth Pride Chorus for a special performance at Broadway for Arts Education's silent disco event! They reworked the words to “Everybody Say Yeah,” to “Everybody Say Gay” to protest the “Don’t Say Gay Bill.”

Folks like George Strait and Martina McBride cut her songs early on, and since then, she's penned hits for the likes of Trisha Yearwood, Pam Tillis, Bonnie Raitt, and Neil Diamond, and was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2014. The upcoming live album is now available for pre-save!

Overall, this production of The Secret Garden, directed by Ashley Shade Byerts, is a lovely retelling of the classic tale. As Byerts states in the Note from the Director, this show marks the most ambitious and challenging production the Carlisle Theatre has undertaken. This reviewer certainly looks forward to their future endeavors.
