Opening night is set for Wednesday, April 12.

A Red Orchid Theatre has announced the cast for the Chicago Premiere of Is God Is by Aleshea Harris, directed by Marti Gobel.

Soho Rep and the NAATCO National Partnership Project have announced a two-week extension of the world premiere production of Public Obscenities, a bilingual play performed in Bangla and English from writer-director Shayok Misha Chowdhury, co-commissioned and produced by the two organizations.

Ted Danson will reunite with The Good Place creator Mike Schur for a new Netflix comedy series. The series will follow Charles (Danson), a retired man, who gets a new lease on life when he answers an ad from a PI and becomes a mole in a secret investigation. Ted Danson will play Charles, the series lead.

Following multiple sold-out performances at Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas, award-winning actor and comedian, Chris Tucker, will return to the stage for his latest headlining engagement, July 14-15, 2023. The Rush Hour star is a longtime crowd favorite and one of the must-see Las Vegas performances of the summer. But in Andrew Lippa’s 2010 Broadway musical, THE ADDAMS FAMILY, audiences get to see a new side of the macabre exploits of Gomez, Morticia and their family – told through the magic of musical theatre. But like everything the Addams family does, this musical is far from normal. And New Generation Theatrical’s latest production of the musical hits all the right notes (played on an old, dusty organ of course) and creates an immersive treat that is a thrill to experience.

The Handel and Haydn Society's principal flutist, Emi Ferguson, will make her solo debut with H+H in Mozart's Flute Concerto No. 1 in G Major. The performance will be part of a pair of H+H concerts March 17 + 19, 2023 at New England Conservatory's Jordan Hall. The concerts will show the brilliance of the classical period with works from Mozart + Mendelssohn. David Stern, founder of Opera Fuoco in France, will conduct.
