Ballet Arts Worcester and The Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts Conservatory present Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker, Thanksgiving weekend, November 24 through November 26. Tickets go on sale to members Tuesday, July 11 at 10 a.m. and to the general public Tuesday, July 18 at 10 a.m.

The Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts presents five-time Grammy nominated artist and Songwriter Hall of Fame member Gordon Lightfoot, Wednesday, September 20 at 8 p.m. Tickets are now on sale to members of The Hanover Theatre and go on sale to the general public Tuesday, July 18 at 10 a.m.

???????The legacy of the beloved "Mister Rogers" lives on with the hit television series, Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, from The Fred Rogers Company and airing daily on PBS KIDS. The Hanover Theatre and WICN Radio, in collaboration with The Theatre District Alliance, will present Jazz at Sunset, featuring rising superstar Grace Kelly. Friday, July 21, the area behind The Hanover Theatre will be transformed into an outdoor, picnic-style concert venue for the 6:30 p.m. concert. Food trucks, cash bars and Theatre District Alliance exhibits promoting neighborhood businesses and organizations will also be present. 

Travis Wall and Break the Floor Productions are pleased to announce the additional dates in the 2017-2018 national tour of After the Curtain, the new show by America's hottest dance company, Travis Wall's Shaping Sound. After the Curtain will play at The Hanover Theatre for Performing Arts, Monday, January 29, 2018 at 7:30 p.m.

Farm Aid announced today that its annual food and music festival will take place on Saturday, Sept. 16, at KeyBank Pavilion in Burgettstown, Pa., with tickets on sale to the public on Friday, June 23.

The Ford Theatres today announced a spectacular season for Summer 2017 at the fully transformed John Anson Ford Amphitheatre. The 2017 season will open on Saturday, July 15 with a performance by famed tap dancer and choreographer Savion Glover and runs through Monday, October 16.

Conor Oberst joined his first band at the age of 13 and has been releasing music since 1993. Over the next two plus decades, he's released cassette-only recordings, split 7-inches, and a dozen albums of uncommon insight, detail, and political awareness with his band Bright Eyes, under his own name, as a member of Desaparecidos, as leader of the The Mystic Valley Band, and with the Monsters of Folk supergroup.
