As the National Theatre prepares to mark 60 years of entertaining and inspiring audiences around the world on 22 October, a birthday present of 3,600 free tickets, 60 tickets for 60 performances in October, will be available for 16–25-year-olds to book for productions on the South Bank and in the West End. The National Theatre has announced the full cast for Anupama Chandrasekhar’s critically acclaimed The Father and the Assassin, directed by the Kiln Theatre’s Artistic-Director, Indhu Rubasingham.  This gripping new play by one of India’s most exciting playwrights, returns to the Olivier Theatre from 8 September.

The Motive and the Cue, which is currently running at the National Theatre through 15 July, will transfer to the West End on December 9, 2023. 

Acclaimed theatre and film producer Patrick Daly and his production house Caledonia Productions (August: Osage County, UNA) has signed a first-look deal with Passenger, which is headed by its founder Richard Brown (This England, True Detective, Catch-22).
