F*It Club, the New York Innovative Award-winning film and theatre company, continues its annual series of short, commissioned world-premiere plays at the IRT Theater as part of their 3B Development Series in Manhattan's West Village with The Spring Fling: Rebound, seven new short plays by Ngozi Anyanwu (Good Grief), Lucy Boyle (The Blue Deep), Liza Birkenmeier (Radio Island), Ryan King (Burying Augustus), Dan Moyer (Half Moon Bay), Matthew Paul Olmos (So Go The Ghosts of Mexico), and Leah Nanako Winkler (Kentucky).

Steppenwolf Theatre Company presents the world premiere production of Pass Over by Antoinette Nwandu, directed by Danya Taymor. A bold, incendiary riff on Waiting for Godot, the complete cast features ensemble member Jon Michael Hill (Moses), Julian Parker (Kitch) and Ryan Hallahan (Mister). American Theater Group, the South Orange Performing Arts Center's  new theatre company in-residence, presents a staged reading of A Good Farmer by Sharyn Rothstein on Sunday, April 2 at 7 p.m.  The powerful story, set in upstate New York, tells a compelling tale of one family's struggle to maintain their farm through adversity. The wheels of crisis are set into motion when they hire a Mexican immigrant to help them. The topical play highlights the humanity of those whose only crime was to come to American and make a better life for their families, and the bonds we all share as immigrants seeking the American dream.

Stephen Belber's 1999 play 'Tape,' developed at the Humana Festival with a New York premiere by Naked Angels, will play a strictly limited run this spring. The production opens March 30th at the Bridge Theater in Shetler Studios, and will play nine performances, closing April 8th.

Artists Repertory Theatre presents the Northwest Premiere of FEATHERS AND TEETH by Charise Castro Smith, directed by Artistic Director Damaso Rodriguez. Previews performances begin March 7, the play opens March 11 and runs through April 2 on the Morrison Stage.

Their bitter rivalry ends only when one is gunned down by a French stranger.Written by Betty Shamieh ( The Black Eyed, Roar, Fit for a Queen) and directed by May Adrales ( Vietgone, Luce). 

SPACE on Ryder Farm, a non-profit artist residency program located on Ryder Farm, an idyllic 221 year-old working organic farm in Brewster, NY, announces its lineup for the 2017 Working Farm Reading Series to be held at Playwrights Horizons in New York City April 3-7, 2017. All readings are free, and farm-fresh bites inspired by the plays and prepared by SPACE chefs will be served at each reading.
