Ivoryton Playhouse will launch its 2026 season the comedy I'm Connecticut by Emmy-winning writer Mike Reiss (The Simpsons), opening March 27 and running through April 19.

Ivoryton Playhouse will open its 2026 season with I’M CONNECTICUT, a new comedy by Emmy-winning writer Mike Reiss. The production will run in Ivoryton, CT this spring. The play follows a Connecticut scientist navigating love and identity in New York City.

In 2026, Ivoryton Playhouse will present a very special season, an American celebration to mark the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

Broadway veteran Kurt Peterson (Dear World, Follies) will appear in the NYC concert debut of Proud Ladies at Merkin Hall at Kaufman Music Center (129 W. 67th St.) on Monday, October 10 at 7:00pm.

Connecticut Repertory Theatre (CRT) begins the second half of the 2018-19 season with Rupert Holmes' Tony Award-winning musical, "The Mystery of Edwin Drood." Paul Mullins will direct the interactive musical mystery. Performances will be held in the Harriet S. Jorgensen Theatre February 28th - March 10th. The Mandel JCC of the Palm Beaches today invited literary fans to several upcoming cultural events under the auspices of the Mandel JCC Book Festival. The Mandel JCC has two locations in Palm Beach County-in Boynton Beach at 8500 Jog Road and in Palm Beach Gardens at 5221 Hood Road.

Producers Donna Gigliotti and Glenn Weiss today announced 11 key members of the production team for the 91st Oscars, which will air live on Sunday, Feb. 24, on ABC. It was previously announced that Weiss would be returning as director for his fourth consecutive year, while sharing producing duties with Gigliotti for the first time.
