In celebration of their Broadway return, the cast of The Lion King performed this morning on Good Morning America! The Buffalo return of Disney's THE LION KING opens tonight, Thursday, October 6 at 7:30 pm at Shea's Performing Arts Center for a limited engagement of four weeks through Sunday, October 30.

The Las Vegas Sun reports that Michael Hollick, understudy for 'Scar' and 'Simba' in Mandalay Bay's LION KING production, recently became a father -- and not in the most traditional way! He had just barely sat down for makeup when his wife Angela's water broke, seven weeks early. Hollick had left his cell phone in the dressing room when he sat down for the 45-minute process, and had no idea.

FUERZA BRUTA: LOOK UP hosts 'Girls' Night Out' on Thursday, June 10th at 8 PM at the Daryl Roth Theatre (20 Union Sq. East at 15th St.).
