Casting directors Bernard Telsey and Adam Caldwell have revealed that more Tony winners and Tony nominees will be joining The Gilded Age in it's upcoming season season. In a new interview with Variety, the pair discussed the positive response response to first season and what audiences can expect in season two.

Jean Smart, Emmy, SAG Awards and Critics Choice Awards winner for her performance in season one of the series, will return along with Hannah Einbinder, Carl Clemons-Hopkins and Jane Adams. Laurie Metclafe, Christopher McDonald, Kaitlin Olson, Paul W. Downs, Poppy Liu, Rose Abdoo, Mark Indelicato, Meg Stalter, and Angela E. Gibbs will also appear.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary season, On Site Opera gave its audiences a present: The lively, fun-filled GIANNI SCHICCHI--the only comedy in Puccini’s trifecta, IL TRITTICO, which had its world premiere at the Met in 1918 and is surely its most popular of the triptych of one-acts. Shrek The Musical JR. opens at Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church on April 30, 2022. This upside down-fairy tale adventure follows an ogre named Shrek who has learned the hard way that “people hate the things they cannot understand.” One day, his peaceful swamp is disturbed by new tenants: fairytale misfits who have been banished there by the villainous Lord Farquaad. In order to gain back his land, Shrek makes a deal with Farquaad to rescue the feisty princess Fiona from a tower guarded by a fierce dragon. Setting off with his faithful companion, Donkey, Shrek begins the journey of a lifetime filled with adventure, romance, and hilarity.

GRAMMY Award-winning singer-songwriter Marc Cohn brings his soulful blues sound to Pepperdine University's Smothers Theatre in Malibu on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 8 p.m.  

The Philly POPS announced today that the 2022 kick-off of its popular Salute Series, Comcast NBCUniversal Memorial Salute, will take the stage on May 27, 2022 at 7 p.m at the Mann Center for the Performing Arts.
