Philanthropist Laurie M. Tisch announced today that 14 New York City-based organizations will receive grants in the Illumination Fund's new Arts & Mental Health program, an expansion of its Arts in Health Initiative.

MCC Theater announced today that Space Dogs, a new musical written by and starring Van Hughes (Burn All Night) and Nick Blaemire (Glory Days), will now begin previews on January 25, 2022 at MCC Theater (511 W 52nd Street New York, NY 10019) in the Susan & Ronald Frankel Theater.

Foote in the Door Productions will return to the stage this January for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic with INTO THE WOODS, the popular Stephen Sondheim penned show celebrating 35 years since its successful Broadway opening. It is directed by Trish van Doornum, with Music Direction by Daniel Belland, Stage Management by Mary-Ellen Perley and Choreography by Melanie Lafleur.

Directed by Ellie Heyman (amfAR’s Angels in America), Space Dogs will have an opening night on January 30, 2022 and play a limited run through February 20, 2022.

Hosts Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley announced today that they will host a special Game Night with the members of the original casts of two of the most beloved television shows of all time - “Little House on the Prairie,” and the “The Waltons,” in a fun-filled episode of “Stars In The House” Tuesday, September 21st to benefit The Actors Fund.
