Laguna Playhouse and Lythgoe Family Panto have announced that OLIVIA SANABIA (Amazon's “Just Add Magic,” Disney's “Coop and Cami Ask the World”) will star as “Dorothy” and BARRY PEARL (“Grease”) will star as “The Wizard” in THE WONDERFUL WINTER OF OZ: A HOLIDAY PANTO, written by Kris Lythgoe, choreography by Mason Trueblood, musical direction by Andy Street and directed by Bonnie Lythgoe. 

New York Composers Circle, celebrating its 20th Anniversary season, will present Different Strings, a concert of new music on Tuesday, November 15 at 7:00 PM at Church of the Transfiguration ('Little Church Around the Corner'), 1 East 29th Street in Manhattan.

Based on the graphic novel of the same name by Santiago García and Luis Bustos, published by Astiberri Ediciones, the action-adventure series GARCIA! follows Antonia (Veki Velilla), a young reporter who quickly becomes embroiled in an elaborate political conspiracy after accidentally defrosting a cryogenically frozen secret agent from the 1960s.

On November 2, 2022, The New York Landmarks Conservancy will host its 29th Living Landmarks Celebration at The Plaza.  This year's honorees are Rev. Dr. Calvin Butts III, Andreas C. Dracopoulos, Marlene Hess, Earl Monroe, Charlotte Moore and Ciarán O'Reilly, Faith Ringgold, and Oscar Tang.

Andrea Peña (Montreal) and Luna Cenere (Italy) are the winners of the calls for new choreographies for international and italian artists under the age of 35. The calls are part of the multi-year project of the Dance Department of La Biennale di Venezia, directed by Wayne McGregor, to support the new generations of artists.
