Five-time Emmy Award winner and 2022 Emmy Award nominee Jane  Lynch will end her run as “Mrs. Brice” in the Broadway revival of Funny Girl.

Actress Lea Michele, who will star in Funny Girl on Broadway beginning September 6, recently offered her talents to the SAG-AFTRA Foundation's Storyline Online for its newest read-aloud of Rosie Revere, Engineer the beloved New York Times bestselling children's book about a young girl pursuing her passion of becoming an engineer.

From that moment on, Brendon Henderson gained a reputation in the theatre world - The Explorer of Underrated Shows. Since then, Wait in the Wings has been used as a place for Brendon to publish documentaries on different underrated Broadway shows that haven't been given their full due by the theatre community. He's discussed shows like Carrie, Groundhog Day, Diana, Rebecca, and even fictional shows like Rogers the Musical from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

This afternoon, Lea Michele took to her Instagram to share photos of her first trip to the August Wilson Theatre, the home of the Broadway revival of Funny Girl.

Lea Michele took to Instagram to share a short clip of her in rehearsals for Funny Girl. The short clip features Michele tap dancing at the end of a musical number in the show. Beanie Feldstein is ending her run starring as Fanny Brice in Broadway's FUNNY GIRL today, July 31st. She is the production's first original cast member to depart. Standby Julie Benko will take over the role through September 4 and before the much anticipated performance of Lea Michele as Fanny Brice beginning September 6.
