The acclaimed Broadway Sings concert series has announced the lineup for its next large-scale event, Broadway Sings Whitney Houston. 

Broadway talents including Christine Dwyer (Wicked, Waitress), Tony Nominee Constantine Maroulis (Rock of Ages), and Keri René Fuller (Six, Jagged Little Pill) complete the starry lineup for the next installment of the acclaimed Broadway Sings concert series, honoring the iconic rock band Queen. The acclaimed Broadway Sings concert series has announced the lineup for its next major installment, Broadway Sings Lady Gaga. To close out Pride Weekend on June 26, a bombshell cast of Broadway stars will belt out completely new arrangements of the hits of the award-winning pop star, accompanied by a 14-piece orchestra at the beautiful Sony Hall.

Talia Suskauer, Chris McCarrell & Veronica Otim will headline the concept EP of the new musical Never Be King, available on October 25th.

Jane Austen's classic romantic comedy, Pride and Prejudice completes GLT's Fall Repertory pairing. While everyone around her is pressuring marriage, the outspoken Elizabeth Bennet is barely interested - until she meets the handsome, enigmatic Mr. Darcy, that is. Despite finding themselves unwittingly and unwillingly attracted to one another, will Mr. Darcy's pride and Elizabeth's prejudice undo the fledgling romance before the relationship blossoms? Fearless, funny and utterly irresistible, Jane Austen's classic is sure to steal the hearts of audiences.

Great Lakes Theater (GLT) will commence its 2018-19 season at the Hanna Theatre, Playhouse Square with a Fall Repertory that features the smash hit feel-good musical, Mamma Mia! and Jane Austen's classic romantic comedy, Pride and Prejudice. The productions will be performed in rotating repertory September 28 - November 11, 2018.

'Mamma Mia!,' now on stage at Great Lakes Theatre, as has been the case on Broadway and in its many local tour stops, is a thoroughly entertaining theatrical experience. The audience was on its feet for the extended curtain call, dancing, clapping, and singing.
