As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to prevent a safe return to indoor performances, City Theatre has announced the world premiere concert film of F*ck7thGrade.  

Author-turned-songwriter Zoe FitzGerald Carter is pleased to announce the release of her new album, Waterlines, featuring ten original songs and some of the finest musicians in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Bay area-native and Noe Valley resident, singer, songwriter and musician, Rachel Garlin premieres her video reimagining the Don Henley classic, “Boys of Summer” via Guitar Girl Magazine this week.  The video features an acoustic performance by Garlin, her producer Julie Wolf and Kate Isenberg.  The trio of women turn the nostalgic summer love song on its head and their performance gives the song a feminine perspective.

As singer-songwriter gina Breedlove took the stage at Joe's Pub, an audience member exclaimed, 'Welcome home, gina.' This roused a warm applause and a chorus of audiences members verbally welcoming the Brooklyn native home to the venue.

Orlando Shakespeare Theater (Orlando Shakes) in Partnership with UCF will hold its 9th Annual John R. Hamilton Mock Trial on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the John and Rita Lowndes Shakespeare Center. This year's trial will be the Senate Confirmation Hearing of Ferdinand, the King of Navarre (from Love's Labour's Lost) for the post of Secretary of Labour. The Margeson Theater will transform into an interactive courtroom as actors from the show improv their way through the trial amidst a panel of celebrity judges. The Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle named the multi-nominated Hit the Wall and Mojada: A Medea in Los Angeles as 2015's Outstanding Productions at the organization's 47th annual awards event, held on Monday evening, March 14 at the Moss Theatre of New Roads School in Santa Monica.
