Luis Salgado is quickly becoming known as an acclaimed director and choreographer. He has just returned from Germany where he served as Associate DirectorChoreographer for Cirque du Solieil's PARAMOUR. Two years ago he directed and choreographed the Helen Hayes winning musical IN THE HEIGHTS at the GALA Hispanic Theatre. He is now returning to GALA with his own version of FAME, The Musical.

All performances will be held at The Clear Space Theater 20 Baltimore Ave. Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971. Tickets are $10 for Students/Seniors and $15 for Adults . Tickets can be purchased during all school lunches at Sussex Technical High School. Jose Fernandez Torres, better known as Tomatito, is a living legend and one of today's most-admired flamenco guitarists. Known for his mastery of traditional rhythms, his classic work with singer Camaron del la Isla, and his pioneering efforts in establishing Nuevo flamenco by augmenting traditional flamenco with music influenced by classical, jazz, blues, rock, pop, bossa-nova, tango, and fado, makes his first City of Los Angeles appearance with his sextet on Friday, October 21 at 8:00 p.m. at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre.

Amas Musical Theatre's Donna Trinkoff (Artistic Producer) Rosetta LeNoire Musical Theatre Academy will present FAME: The Musical, based on the 1980 musical film conceived and developed by David De Silva, with a book by Jose Fernandez, lyrics by Jacques Levy, and music by Steve Margoshes (Title song 'Fame' by Dean Pitchford & Michael Gore). Directed by Christopher Scott and David Drake (Associate Director), choreography by Monica Johnson and musical direction by Trevor Bachman, the production will feature 29 members of 'The Teen Academy.' Sway, Fat Joe & More to Host MTV2's OFF THE BAT FROM THE MLB FAN CAVE

MTV2 and Major League Baseball (MLB) today announced that hip hop icons Sway and Fat Joe, as well as 'Girl Code' and 'Guy Code' stars Chris Distefano and Melanie Iglesias, will host 'Off the Bat from the MLB Fan Cave,' a new series premiering in April on MTV2. 2013 World Series MVP David Ortiz of the Boston Red Sox is serving as an Executive Producer of the series throughout the season. Additionally, MLB All-Stars Robinson Cano of the Seattle Mariners, Adam Jones of the Baltimore Orioles and Craig Kimbrel of the Atlanta Braves, as well as 2013 Rookies of the Year Jose Fernandez of the Miami Marlins and Wil Myers of the Tampa Bay Rays, have signed on to serve as Executive Producers of individual 'Off the Bat' episodes. The series launches a multi-year, cross-platform programming partnership between MLB and MTV - previously announced in November 2013 - that will bring fans inside the intersection of pop culture and baseball.

Presented by Target expands the talent line-up for day and night events at the two-day celebration of Hispanic entertainment, culture and community. Mexican superstar, actress and singer Maite Perroni will kick off the promo tour for her first solo album with a performance at the Alamodome on Saturday, August 31. Eddie "Piolin" Sotelo, Noel Torres, Carla Teresa Mauri, Lucia Navarro and Sebastien De La Cruz join an all-star lineup of day and nighttime talent at Festival. Previously announced acts performing at the Alamodome include Gloria Estefan, Alejandro Fernandez, Demi Lovato, Wisin y Yandel, 3Ball MTY, Frankie J, Kat Dahlia, and more. Set for Labor Day weekend (Saturday, Aug. 31 and Sunday, Sept. 1) in San Antonio, Texas, FESTIVAL PEOPLE EN ESPANOL Presented by Target offers free open-to-the-public daytime activities at The Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, and a mix of live performances each evening at the Alamodome.
