Sussex Tech High School Drama Club Brings the Hit Musical FAME to Rehoboth Beach

The Sussex Tech Drama Club Proudly presents FAME by Jose Fernandez February 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th. Thursday, Friday and Saturday curtain is 7pm and Sunday curtain is 3pm. All performances will be held at The Clear Space Theater 20 Baltimore Ave. Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971. Tickets are $10 for Students/Seniors and $15 for Adults . Tickets can be purchased during all school lunches at Sussex Technical High School. This ensemble production, based on the movie FAME, follows a group of students at the prodigious Performing Arts (P.A) Academy in New York City from their first day as freshman in the fall of 1979 to their graduation in 1984. Students engage in the ups and downs of high school life while learning of the value of "Hard Work" as they push themselves to achieve fame and "live forever!"

Director Anthony Natoli and a cast of very talented students bring this high energy show to the Clear Space Stage. Everyone loved the 80's and who didn't want to go to a High School where everyone danced and sang their way to class. FAME lets audiences of all ages go back to a time where the outfits were loud and bright and the music was just as colorful. FAME will have you dancing and singing in your seats from start to finish.
