Boston Court Pasadena is ready to brighten up 2022 with a spring season of live, in-person events and complementary virtual programming.

Oregon Shakespeare Festival, in partnership with Artizen and Museum of Other Realities, will present the first-ever Quills Fest, an annual two-day immersive digital festival at the intersection of live theatre and Extended Reality.

Singer Jonathan Karrant and pianist Joshua White have collaborated and released their 13-track album Shadows Fall. Now that Las Vegas has opened up, the pair is performing a mini-tour with An Evening with Jonathan Karrant and Joshua White, starting with Southern Nevada at Summerlin Library Performing Arts Center on May 27 and May 28.

Today, the Board of Directors of Boston Court Pasadena (BCP) announced a new leadership team, as well as plans to modify the 16-year-old organization's programming cycle. These significant steps in the evolution of one of Los Angeles' leading multi-disciplinary arts producers are aimed at supporting the continued growth of its local, regional, and national impact.

Boston Court Pasadena continues their 2019 Music Season with the Fall Music Series featuring offerings curated by Artistic Director Mark Saltzman. The Fall Series commences with the return of Piano Spheres with Susan Svrček (September 20) and concludes with Après un Rêve with Josh Nelson, Lilian Sengpiehl, Kathleen Grace (October 26).

Patsy Cline's trailblazing spirit is remembered in a?oeMy Patsy Cline Songbook,a?? the first-ever, full-length jazz tribute album arriving August 23, 2019.  Drawing on her country roots, vocalist Staci Griesbach's debut album explores looking at the Nashville Songbook as another treasure trove to consider reinterpreting for jazz, much like the traditional Great American Songbook.

John Storie is musician / showman with a true comical wit, and abundant skills on the guitar. His new album'Ponderosa' is a folksy throwback to his early days, and some swinging straight ahead jazz. He recorded the album so it would hold different guitar sounds, texture and vocals. He is a longtime showman with much to sing about.

The Coachella Valley Repertory (CVRep), now settled into its newly renovated 210 seat playhouse in Cathedral City, has announced it will remain open throughout the hot summer months to present an exciting line-up of one night only summer performances beginning in June, 2019.

The Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, UC Davis will host jazz pianist Fred Hersch over four nights, April 10-13, 2019, in the Vanderhoef Studio Theatre. This event, entitled Fred Hersch and Friends, features Hersch in solo and duo formats with artists he has long admired.

Boston Gay Men's Chorus (BGMC) will present "Brass & Bows & Boys," a holiday concert that will be loud, proud, tender, and warm. Performances are on Dec. 1 as part of Holly Folly in Provincetown, and on Dec. 9, 14, 15, and 16 at New England Conservatory's Jordan Hall in Boston.

Boston Court Pasadena will bring another daring year of theater and music events to Southern California for their 2019 season, and welcomes the S. The San Diego Symphony has announced its complete lineup for its Jazz @ The Jacobs and City Lights series for the 2018-19 season. Back for its fourth year, the successful Jazz @ The Jacobs returns with Gilbert Castellanos continuing in his role as series curator. From October through April, the five-concert series features a new and exciting lineup of programs and guest artists. The popular City Lights series also returns bringing the best of Broadway musicals and the American Songbook to San Diego in four exciting concerts.
