Gingold Theatrical Group is proud to announce the final presentation of the 13th Season of Project Shaw, a special series of evenings offering some of Shaw's greatest works and those who share his fierce 'art as activism' precepts, presented monthly at Leonard Nimoy Thalia at Peter Norton Symphony Space (2537 Broadway at 95th Street). The acclaimed 2018 season will conclude on December 17th with Shaw contemporary Arthur Wing Pinero's The Enchanted Cottage.

THE GREEN ROOM 42 will present Tonya Pinkins and Brad Simmons in a new holiday show 'Naughty & Nice' on Sunday, December 16 at 9:30 PM. The Tony, Drama Desk and Obie Award-winning actress Tony Pinkins is known to theater, film, and television audiences everywhere, and perfectly pairs with Broadway music director and concert artist Brad Simmons. Together they bring a provocative and eclectic evening of music to The Green Room 42, just in time for the holidays.

Already in previews at the Audrey Skirball Kenis Theater of the Geffen Playhouse, HUGHIE & KRAPP'S LAST TAPE (by Eugene O'Neill & Samuel Beckett, respectively), a double bill starring Brian Dennehy, will open November 14, 2018. It was announced today that Hillary and Clinton, the new play by Tony Award nominee Lucas Hnath, starring award-winning actors Laurie Metcalf and John Lithgow, has found its home on Broadway at the John Golden Theatre.

Sakina's Restaurant, the Obie Award-winning play written and performed by actor, writer, and former correspondent for "The Daily Show" Aasif Mandvi (Disgraced), is excited to collaborate with New American Economy (NAE), a national organization bringing together leaders in support of immigration reforms, for a night of conversation with Mandvi and NAE Executive Director, Jeremy Robbins. Blimey! It has been announced that six-time Tony Award nominee Danny Burstein will assume the role of Alfred P. Doolittle in its award-winning production of Lerner & Loewe's MY FAIR LADY, directed by Bartlett Sher, for a 16-week limited engagement beginning Tuesday, January 8 through Sunday, April 28, at the Vivian Beaumont Theater (150 West 65 Street).

Lionsgate is in talks to back the Fox News - Roger Ailes film, according to Variety. The untitled Fox News sexual harassment film stars Charlize Theron and Nicole Kidman.

Sakina's Restaurant, the Obie Award-winning play written and performed by actor, writer, and former correspondent for "The Daily Show" Aasif Mandvi (Disgraced), opens this Sunday, October 14 at the Minetta Lane Theatre. Performances of the recently-extended five-week-only engagement began on October 5th. On Wednesday October 10, LAMDA Alumnus John Lithgow and LAMDA Chair The Rt Hon Shaun Woodward launched the American Friends of LAMDA (AFLAMDA) West Coast Program at the drama school's annual US showcase in West Hollywood. LAMDA is committed to selecting the most talented students, regardless of background or financial circumstance. Patrons will join the program for $1500 or $2500 a year, with their support contributing to LAMDA's Scholarship Fund to assist American students.

Annapurna Pictures has dropped the Fox News-Roger Ailes film just two weeks before production is set to begin, according to The Hollywood Reporter. 

Malcolm McDowell has been cast as Rupert Murdoch, chairman of News Corp, in the upcoming film about Fox News' disgraced former chief Roger Ailes, according to Variety. The Annapurna drama about is about Ailes and the women who brought him down.
