Eve Marie, a singing prodigy who performed on such iconic national television programs as The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson and the Mike Douglas Show as a young child and now is creating music industry buzz with a recent contemporary album, Believe, brings her extraordinary singing and songwriting talents to The Green Room 42 in New York City for a 7 p.m.concert today, Nov. 16.

Emmy Award winner Sally Struthers and Broadway & TV favorite Joyce Reehling headline Love, Loss, and What I Wore at Judson Theatre Company (Morgan Sills, Executive Producer and Daniel Haley, Artistic Director). Struthers is best known for her roles on All in the Family and  Gilmore Girls. Reehling is a beloved veteran of stage and television (Fifth of July, Law & Order). Love, Loss, and What I Wore opens Today, October 18 at 7:00 pm and runs through Sunday, October 21 at the Hannah Center Theatre (on the campus of The O'Neal School, 3300 Airport Road, Southern Pines, NC 28387).  Additional casting will be announced at a later date.

 A new independent feature film is about to be made in the beautiful, yet rarely used for feature film production, state of New Hampshire. PARALLEL AMERICA, written by Ernest Thompson, Oscar® & Golden Globe® winner for his screenplay of On Golden Pond,  Ernest will also direct and star in the film. The cast includes Gordon Clapp (Emmy® winner, NYPD Blue & Tony® Award nominee, Glengarry Glen Ross), critically acclaimed actress Lisa Bostnar, actor/singer John Davidson and theatre legend Alvin Epstein (originated the role of Lucky on Broadway in Waiting for Godot).

Most of us in this area know Michael Kahn as the Artistic Director of Shakespeare Theatre Company (STC). It's a post he will have held for over thirty years when he retires at the end of the company's 2018/19 season.

Golden Globe nominee John James headlines the cast of William Gibson's The Miracle Worker at Judson Theatre Company (Morgan Sills, Executive Producer and Daniel Haley, Artistic Director). James is best known for playing "Jeff Colby" in the primetime soap Dynasty and its spinoff series The Colbys.  

Broadway Across America's "Finding Neverland" opens as a wonderful possibility, yet refuses to soar as we dare to hope it might.   "Neverland" is a pretty darn good show imbued with magical moments, yet somehow falls short of the special experience it might have been.

For the child in all of us, feet are (mostly) off the ground for this Peter Pan-inspired musical.

John Davidson, former host of Hollywood Squares, That's Incredible! and The $100,000 Pyramid, will present a night of classic game shows on Saturday, February 10 at 8 p.m. ET.

FINDING NEVERLAND is a beautiful story of the man responsible for writing the beloved PETER PAN many years ago. J.M. Barrie is searching for the next great play and he realizes it's time to write a play just for children. The show opened on Broadway to great praise and success. In recent years, FINDING NEVERLAND began a national tour that leads them to Austin, Texas from January 16-21, 2018 at Bass Concert Hall. Most recently, John Davidson (best known for hosting That's Incredible and Hollywood Squares ) took over the dual role of Barrie's producer as well as Captain Hook in this wonderful tour that continues its trek across the country. BWW caught up with Davidson recently to discuss his past roles, hosting opportunities as well as landing such a fun role in FINDING NEVERLAND.

The musical Finding Neverland is about holding fast to the child inside of us that believes in magic - and magic really only works when it is paired with heart. 'Cinderella: An Outrageous Fairy Tale' is a dynamic piece by Birmingham Children's Theatre. The show is a carousel of whimsy and childish glee. The actors and a live band keeps the energy up and a festive holiday spirit throughout the performance.
