Full casting is announced for Harold Pinter's Tony Award-winning masterpiece, The Homecoming, directed by actor and director Jamie Glover, it visits Theatre Royal Brighton Monday 2 to Saturday 7 May 2022.

Artistic Director of Theatr Clwyd, Tamara Harvey and Executive Director, Liam Evans-Ford today announce the world première production of brand-new musical The Famous Five in a co-production with Chichester Festival Theatre will open at Theatr Clwyd on 29 September with previews from 23 September.

Following a highly successful, sold-out season at Hall for Cornwall, where box office records were smashed, making it the biggest selling production in Hall for Cornwall’s 25-year history, the world premiere production of FISHERMAN’S FRIENDS: THE MUSICAL will begin a UK & Ireland Tour on 1 September 2022 at the Theatre Royal Plymouth.

Tamsin Greig will be joined in the cast by Josh Finan (The Responder, BBC One; Shook, Papatango Theatre Co - Southwark Playhouse/UK tour), Trevor Fox (My Brilliant Friend, National Theatre; The Jungle, New York/San Francisco/Playhouse Theatre/Young Vic), Danusia Samal (Maryland, Royal Court; The Great, Hula) and Jos Vantyler (King Lear, Old Vic; Love's Labour's Lost, Shakespeare's Globe).

Star of stage and screen Susie Blake (Mrs Brown's Boys, Bev Unwin in Coronation Street, Nativity 3, Miss Marple in The Mirror Crack'd, Mrs Fisher in Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em) joins the company as pub landlady Maggie, alongside Parisa Shahmir (The Last Ship) as Alwyn, Deborah Tracey (Standing At The Sky's Edge) as record label manager Leah and Georgia Bruce (Malory Towers) as Sally.

Have you ever wondered what happened to the lovable rogue at the end of Jane Austen's classic novel Pride and Prejudice? Well now's your chance to find out. From Thurs 30 Sept - Sat 2 Oct, the Original Theatre Company present Being Mr Wickham at the Belgrade Theatre.

 Written by Adrian Lukis and Catherine Curzon, this one-man play about one of Jane Austen's most charmingly roguish characters, is directed by Guy Unsworth and designed by Libby Watson. 

Shelagh Stephenson's Olivier Award-winning play The Memory of Water will run from 3 September until 16 October 2021. The World Premiere of Malindadzimu by Mufaro Makubika will also run from 17 September until 30 October 2021 at Hampstead Downstairs.

Hampstead Theatre has announced the cast for Alfred Fagon's darkly compelling, The Death of a Black Man, directed by Dawn Walton, former Artistic Director of Eclipse Theatre Company, from 28 May until 10 July 2021.

15 Heroines is a major new digital project by Jermyn Street Theatre in collaboration with Digital Theatre Plus. Taking Ovid’s Heroides as inspiration they reach back across thousands of years and into the cultures of the Mediterranean, the Middle East, and Africa, the heroines are rehabilitated and placed in a modern setting.

Following the announcement last month that Jermyn Street Theatre has joined forces with Digital Theatre to present the major production, 15 Heroines, today the theatre reveals the full casting for this groundbreaking project.

Jeff Rawle (The Durrells, Hollyoaks and Drop the Dead Donkey) and Teresa Banham (Mary Wilson in The Crown, Netflix) lead the cast in Barney Norris's new adaptation of Lorca's Blood Wedding, commissioned and produced by Wiltshire Creative and Up In Arms to run at Salisbury Playhouse from 6-22 February 2020.
