The producers of the world premiere production of FISHERMAN'S FRIENDS: THE MUSICAL have announced principal cast members and additional tour venues for the UK & Ireland Tour, setting sail from 1 September 2022 at Theatre Royal Plymouth.

The full cast has been announced for 'Identical', the new musical adaptation of Erich Kästner's novel 'The Parent Trap', directed by Olivier & Tony award-winning Trevor Nunn, including three sets of identical twins and two new star dogs!

Sheffield Theatres today announces the cast for its trilogy of new plays, Rock / Paper / Scissors, by Chris Bush.

Full casting is announced for Harold Pinter's Tony Award-winning masterpiece, The Homecoming, directed by actor and director Jamie Glover, it visits Theatre Royal Brighton Monday 2 to Saturday 7 May 2022.

Artistic Director of Theatr Clwyd, Tamara Harvey and Executive Director, Liam Evans-Ford today announce the world première production of brand-new musical The Famous Five in a co-production with Chichester Festival Theatre will open at Theatr Clwyd on 29 September with previews from 23 September.

Full casting is announced for Harold Pinter’s Tony Award-winning masterpiece The Homecoming, directed by actor and director Jamie Glover, which will open at Theatre Royal Bath from 30 March 2022 before travelling to Cambridge Arts Theatre, Malvern Theatre, Leicester Curve, Theatre Royal Brighton, Newcastle Theatre Royal, and Theatre Royal York.

Tamsin Greig is joined by Josh Finan (The Responder, BBC One; Shook, Papatango Theatre Co - Southwark Playhouse/UK tour), Trevor Fox (My Brilliant Friend, National Theatre; The Jungle, New York/San Francisco/Playhouse Theatre/Young Vic), Danusia Samal (Maryland, Royal Court; The Great, Hula) and Jos Vantyler (King Lear, Old Vic; Love’s Labour’s Lost, Shakespeare's Globe).

Star of stage and screen Susie Blake (Mrs Brown's Boys, Bev Unwin in Coronation Street, Nativity 3, Miss Marple in The Mirror Crack'd, Mrs Fisher in Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em) joins the company as pub landlady Maggie, alongside Parisa Shahmir (The Last Ship) as Alwyn, Deborah Tracey (Standing At The Sky's Edge) as record label manager Leah and Georgia Bruce (Malory Towers) as Sally.

 Written by Adrian Lukis and Catherine Curzon, this one-man play about one of Jane Austen's most charmingly roguish characters, is directed by Guy Unsworth and designed by Libby Watson. 

Shelagh Stephenson's Olivier Award-winning play The Memory of Water will run from 3 September until 16 October 2021. The World Premiere of Malindadzimu by Mufaro Makubika will also run from 17 September until 30 October 2021 at Hampstead Downstairs.

As the Wurlitzer organ plays they sway together on the dance floor of the Tower Ballroom.

Hampstead Theatre has announced the cast for Alfred Fagon's darkly compelling, The Death of a Black Man, directed by Dawn Walton, former Artistic Director of Eclipse Theatre Company, from 28 May until 10 July 2021.

Taking Ovid’s Heroides as inspiration they reach back across thousands of years and into the cultures of the Mediterranean, the Middle East, and Africa, the heroines are rehabilitated and placed in a modern setting.
