Brian Fallon has announced rescheduled world tour dates celebrating his eagerly awaited new album, LOCAL HONEY, available today via his own Lesser Known Records and Thirty Tigers. 

Philadelphia rock quartet Soraia will release their new album 'Dig Your Roots' on March 13 via Steven Van Zandt's label Wicked Cool Records.

As the 20th Anniversary Edition of LIGHT OF DAY WINTERFEST approaches next month, the ongoing mission of the world-renowned charitable festival to defeat Parkinson's Disease and related illnesses through the awesome power of music gains renewed national focus with the CBS telecast of the Kennedy Center Honors this weekend (Sunday, 8 p.m. ET). new

The goal of reaching the $6 million mark in its ongoing battle against Parkinson's disease starts officially getting more reachable SATURDAY (Nov. 9) AT NOON, when tickets go on sale for LIGHT OF DAY WINTERFEST 2020: THE 20TH ANNIVERSARY.

Jesse Malin and Band bring their rootsy original rock to Club Helsinki Hudson on Saturday, December 7, at 9pm, capping the city's WinterWalk celebration. While Malin is a masterful songwriter in his own right, he has covered songs by the likes of Bruce Springsteen, the Clash, Neil Young, and the Replacements, which gives as good an idea as any of where to place him in the musical firmament.

Jesse Malin is sharing a new video for 'Meet Me at the End of the World Again' (directed by David Stekert) from his album Sunset Kids, produced by Lucinda Williams and Tom Overby. 'I just love his writing,' Lucinda tells Rolling Stone. 'I think his whole punk background informs a lot of what he does.'

MOKB Presents has announced the day by day schedule for Holler On The Hill 2019. This year's festival will take place Saturday, September 21 and Sunday, September 22 at Garfield Park.

Jesse Malin has announced plans for a wide-ranging live tour, including headline dates, festival appearances, and runs alongside such like-minded artists as Justin Townes Earle and Joseph Arthur. The schedule begins August 31 with a special in-store performance at Philadelphia, PA's Main Street Music and then continues into mid-November.

Tommy Stinson, a cofounder of legendary indie-rockers the Replacements, headlines an all-star benefit concert for Hudson's Little League at Club Helsinki Hudson on Friday, July 5, at 8pm. Stinson will appear with longtime friend and collaborator Chip Roberts in a duo called Cowboys in the Campfire. Also performing are freak-folk outfit Dust Bowl Faeries, indie-rock singer-songwriter Jesse Malin, and Guilty Pleasure, one of the region's premiere party bands.

Today, Jesse Malin announces Sunset Kids, his first studio album in four years, to be released August 30 via Wicked Cool/The Orchard/Velvet Elk. Sunset Kids, produced by Lucinda Williams and engineered by David Bianco and Geoff Sanoff, was recorded on both coasts between the two artists' touring schedules. It features two songs co-written by Lucinda Williams, as well, including the first single, 'Room 13.' 'Room 13' is referred to as 'the heart of the record, about those meditative moments far out of your comfort zone, where you're forced to reflect on the things that really matter,' says Malin.

Fresh off experimenting in hip-hop in 2018 and with a built-up past in the hardcore scene, New Jersey singer-songwriter Matty Carlock has made way for his genre-splicing solo debut The Jailbirds, released today. The album features collaborations with cult favorite Jesse Malin, Mercy Union and The Scandals frontman Jared Hart and another surprising guest: celebrity photographer Danny Clinch, in his first musical foray.

After working behind the scenes for some of hip hop's most exciting voices, New Jersey singer-songwriter Matty Carlock has stepped forward this year with some of his own material that branches out from his usual, featuring Albee Al, Cage, and Bulletproof Belv. Today, Matty and Belv release the visuals for their upbeat single “F Being Friends,” from Belv's recently released With or Without You LP. Featuring a club-ready danceable beat and a catchy chorus, “F Being Friends” seamlessly fills in the gaps between rap, singer-songwriter, and pop music.

Breakout St. Louis garage-pop duo Bruiser Queen will release 'Sugar High,' their debut 7' single for Velvet Elk Records, on November 16. Fueled by guitarist/singer Morgan Nusbaum's raucous Riot Grrrl vocals and Jason Potter's explosive drumming, the track showcases the band's signature fusion of snarling punk energy and infectious pop sensibilities and previews a deluxe reissue of their acclaimed 2017 album 'Heavy High,' which features five previously unreleased bonus tracks and b-sides. Bruiser Queen will mark the release with their first headline tour through the Midwest and West Coast this fall.
