Little Shop of Horrors, the stage and screen musical that has circled the globe for over 30 years, consuming audiences with chills, thrills and laughter, arrived Monday night at Feinstein's/54Below. One unprecedented evening brought together performers from the original production through the Broadway revival for stories told, reminiscences shared, and songs sung.

Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. This upcoming Monday, June 27th, an exciting concert will be held at 54 Below...an 'unprecedented evening' that will bring original LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS performers together, spanning from the original production to the more-recent Broadway revival. Rubicon Theatre Company makes the holidays merry and musical with upcoming concerts for audiences of all ages. The Tiny Tots Holiday Concert and Santa Party takes place on December 19 at 11:00 a.m.; and the Harmonix Holiday Concert is presented on Sunday, Dec. 20 at 7:30 p.m. Performances take place on the mainstage at Rubicon, which is located at the theatre's home located at 1006 E. Main (the corner of Main and Laurel) in Ventura's Downtown Cultural District.

Rubicon's A Christmas Carol features a 24-member cast (the largest ensemble since the company's production of Fiddler on the Roof and the largest ever for a play).

'Big River' at Sacramento Music Circus is the show to see this summer. Director Michael Heitzman makes optimal use of the company's round stage, working with choreographer AC Ciulla to balance an amusing first act with a heavier second half.
