In true show style and gusto, the show must go on for brand new show Something About George in Liverpool this weekend after its lead cast member sustained a serious injury. 

This week, the second show of its season begins performances in the downstairs Hays Theatre June 16–July 9: the premiere of Squirrel Screams and Other Dating Sounds starring Kaitlyn Black from TV’s Heart of Dixie and Josephine Rose Roberts (Rock of Ages on Broadway).

After much consideration and discussion, Los Altos Stage Company and Los Altos Youth Theatre have shifted their programming for the remainder of their seasons back by approximately a month and have decreased the total number of performances for each production.

Comedy icon Jasper Carrott is again teaming up with The Move and ELO’s Bev Bevan for a party like no other at Parr Hall. The pair, who met on the first day of high school in Birmingham and have been friends for more than 60 years, are returning to Warrington to present Stand Up and Rock on Friday, 13 May.

Something About George – The George Harrison Story will close the festival on Sunday 12 September, with performances at 5pm and 8pm. Running time is 75 minutes no interval, tickets are on sale now.
