Skylight Music Theatre Artistic Director Ray Jivoff today announced two new music series as part of Skylight's commitment to the full spectrum of music theatre.

As its name implies, The Last Five Years takes place over a five-year period. The cast is comprised of only two individuals, Cathy (Michelle Gendron) and Jamie (Louie Rossetti). Cathy and Jaime are a couple and the story takes us through their five-year relationship, from its inception to its bitter end. What makes this musical unusual is that the story is told from both perspectives, with Jaime narrating in chronological order and with Cathy starting at the end, working her way back to the beginning of the relationship.

A special edition of '20/20,' anchored by Amy Robach, showcases the inspiring real-life stories of Americans who, despite challenges, took the leap of faith necessary to follow their dreams and start new careers later in life. 'The Real Rookies: A Special Edition of 20/20' airs Tuesday, September 25 (10:00 - 11:00 p.m. ET) on ABC.

Sutton will offer his unique celebration of Broadway performed in English, Italian, French and Hebrew, "BROADWAY ISRAEL" - a classic celebration of Broadway featuring beloved songs from NBC's 'Smash', The Phantom of The Opera, Cabaret, Fiddler on The Roof, My Fair Lady, The Sound of Music, Annie Get Your Gun and many more. Sutton, the receipt of several major awards in Israel, will be joined by Musical Director Dan Pardo on piano, Greg Orlando on double bass and Brandon McClaskey on drums!

Jason Robert Brown's THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY is running from Sept. 21 to Oct. 7 at Theatre Lawrence. 

Starring Eline Porto and Beto Sargentelli, who also take on production alongside Lucas Mello, the musical The Last 5 Years written by Jason Robert Brown, arrives in Sao Paulo, for a short season. Directed by Joao Fonseca, musical direction by Thiago Gimenes and versions to Portuguese by Rafael Oliveira, the production, which relates in a different and special way the last years of the relationship lived by Cathy and Jamie, is a success in several countries and now opens in Brazil.

BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY (Broarna i Madison County) premiered at Maximteatern in Stockholm last wednesday. Based on the best-selling novel, with music and lyrics by Jason Robert Brown and a book by Marsha Norman.

The internationally acclaimed Broadway @ concert series hosted and music directed by Sirius XM Radio Star Seth Rudetsky is finally landing smack dab in the middle of Broadway itself this fall.
