American Ballet Theatre’s Fall season at the David H. Koch Theater, October 20-31, will present its first-ever Pride Night celebrations, Wednesday evening, October 27 at 7:30 P.M. and Saturday evening, October 30 at 8:00 P.M., with a series of events honoring the LGBTQIA+ community and LGBT History Month. 

In celebration of World Ballet Day 2021, The American Ballet Theatre has shared a performance of CITY OF WOMEN, choreographed by ABT Principal Dancer James Whiteside.

Segerstrom Center for the Arts announces the return of its popular tradition - American Ballet Theatre's captivating production of The Nutcracker.  Co-presented by the Center and ABT with choreography by ABT Artist in Residence Alexei Ratmansky, The Nutcracker is the beloved holiday story based on The Nutcracker and the King of Mice written by E.T.A. James Whiteside, ballet's boldest American principal dancer, celebrates the release of CENTER CENTER: A Funny, Sexy, Sad Almost-Memoir of a Boy in Ballet (Viking Books; August 17, 2021) with a public book signing and conversation event, August 20 at Creator House, located in Manhattan's Flatiron District.

In its return to indoor performances in New York City, American Ballet Theatre will present the 2021 Fall season at the David H. Koch Theater, October 20-31, 2021. 

The program will begin with opening remarks from The First Lady of the United States, Jill Biden and will include the recognition of “ABT Heroes,” including ABT medical advisor Dr. Robert Galvin and ABT supporter and actress Jennifer Garner. The night will be hosted by actress Renée Elise Goldsberry.

America’s National Ballet Company will take to the road this summer, traveling by bus and truck to 8 U.S. cities and arriving in New York on Wednesday, July 21, 2021. The tour concludes with two performances on the plaza at Rockefeller Center, the site where Ballet Theatre offered its first public performances in 1940.
