LAB RESULTS: The Antaeus Playwrights Lab Festival a?" Six new plays by award-winning, mid-career writers get developmental readings over the course of two weekends as part of Antaeus Theatre Company's second annual LAB RESULTS series. Each of the plays was developed in the Antaeus Playwrights Lab, an ongoing program that incubates new works that provide compelling roles for actors and creates a nurturing and supportive artistic community.  Last fall, two plays from the 2018 LAB RESULTS festival, The Abuelas by Stephanie Alison Walker and Eight Nights by Jennifer Maisel, were given critically acclaimed full productions as part of Antaeus' 2019-20 season.

Emotions go sky high when Bravo Media's 'Married to Medicine' season six three-part reunion hosted by Andy Cohen covers all the hot-button topics with Dr. Jacqueline Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Quad Webb-Lunceford, Toya Bush-Harris, Mariah Huq and Dr. Contessa Metcalfe. BWW Interview: Mitchell Cushman Talks SWEENEY TODD and THE EX-BOYFRIEND YARD SALE

Mitchell Cushman is coming out of directing a secret production of Sweeney Todd in an abandoned building as part of the bigger international immersive project The Curious Voyage. He's also directing Haley McGee's autobiographical play The Ex-Boyfriend Yard Sale, which is running at Camden People's Theatre from the end of November. We met up to discuss site-specific shows, the importance of contemporising older shows, and the cost of love.

Aled Jones To Guest Star In THE WIPERS TIMES

Welsh singer Aled Jones is to make a special guest appearance in the charity gala performance of Ian Hislop and Nick Newman's play The Wipers Times on Remembrance Sunday 11 November at 6pm at the Arts Theatre, London in support of The Royal British Legion's Thank You campaign. He will be performing Silent Night with members of The Wipers Times acting company. The arrangement of Silent Night is taken from Aled's new album (with Russell Watson) In Harmony which is released on 9th November. There will be other surprise cameo appearances during the show. The evening will also include an introduction, post-show talk and Q & A with Ian and Nick and an exclusive post-show reception. This special performance coincides with the commemoration of the end of WWI.
