San Diego Repertory Theatre (San Diego REP) announced today the cast and creative team for MOTHER ROAD. This play is written by Octavio Solis, and directed by San Diego REP Artistic Director, Sam Woodhouse.
The event will feature performances by Broadway's Amber Iman, Tony Award winner Gavin Creel, Sasha Allen, Jo Lampert, Obie Award winner Whitney White, Hoofer Award winner Ayodele Casel, and more.
They also flew in their drummer Rob Humphreys (Leonard Cohen, Jason Mraz) for the recording and worked with Chad Copelin (Sufjan Stevens, Christina Perri, Ben Rector) back in Oklahoma for keys and additional production as well as keyboardist Dan Walker (Heart).
