ALL IN THE TIMING by David Ives is currently in its live exclusive run at San Diego County's award-winning OnStage Playhouse. As the pandemic proceeds, the show's production team has made a calculated investment in this experiment. 

A BRIGHT NEW BOISE, is a dark comedy about connection, decisions made, consequences earned, and trying to find profit in retail while one employee is actively praying to the Prophet to bring on  The Rapture. A BRIGHT NEW BOISE is playing at OnStage Playhouse in Chula Vista through September 1st.

Scripps Ranch Theatre, located on the campus of Alliant International University, presents the 8th annual Out on a Limb. This play festival is comprised of six 10-minute new plays by coast-to-coast playwrights - featuring some of San Diego's top talent.

Chula Vista's premier live theater, OnStage Playhouse presents Venus in Fur Written by David Ives. The erotic drama replaces the musical Pump Boys and Dinettes initially scheduled to complete the Playhouse's 37th Season.

New Play Cafe announces playwrights and actors for Out to Lunch at Panera Bread for San Diego International Fringe Festival, June 23rd through July 1, 2017.

Scripps Ranch Theatre, located on the campus of Alliant International University, presents their 6th Annual Out on a Limb - New Plays from America's Finest City. Scripps Ranch Theatre is a leader in the Southern California Arts Community in developing and producing new plays. The pieces are all new, world-premiere plays written by area playwrights, and have a common theme of having something to do with San Diego. This year, the festival will run for two weekends; July 14-16 & July 21-23, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm, Sundays at 2pm.

San Diego's newest theatrical group will open the Lanford Wilson dramedy- 'Burn This' on August 16 and playing Friday and Saturday through August 31 at 8pm in The Swedenborg Hall in San Diego.

Productions presents the world premiere of Carlsbad playwright Steven Oberman's new audience interactive comedy 'Vanished,' a play that separates the sexes into parallel worlds to see how they get on without their "better" halves. The comedy runs now through August 18 and will take place at Swedenborg Hall, located at 1531 Tyler Ave., San Diego.

Preview performances are Thursday, July 26 and Friday, July 27 and opening night is Saturday, July 28.
