WHAT DOESN'T KILL YOU, a one-man show by James Hindman, is being presented March 14th at 7pm, at TADA Theatre (15 West 28th Street, 2nd floor).

Emerging Artists Theatre celebrates its 25th Anniversary by presenting their 20th Annual New Work Series (NWS). Under the direction of Artistic Director, Paul Adam's, the festival runs February 26 through March 18 at TADA Theatre in Chelsea.

POPCORN FALLS, a new comedy by playwright/actor James Hindman, will hold a private industry reading on March 2nd in NYC under the direction of two-time Tony Award winner Christian Borle and starring James Hindman (OCEAN'S 8, IRON FIST) and Tom Souhrada (MARY POPPINS, KINKY BOOTS).

'A Christmas Survival Guide,' conceived and written by James Hindman and Ray Roderick with musical arrangements by John Glaudin, is opening December 1 at the Granite Theatre. The show is chock-full of songs, vignettes, advice and enough messages about the 'true meaning of Christmas' to get one through the holidays without therapy sessions. Midtown Direct Rep (MDR) is delighted to present its second reading of its 2017-1018 staged reading series, Theater at The Woodland, with a presentation of FEAR, written by Matt Williams and directed by Mark Armstrong. This event will be performed for one night only on Sunday, December 3rd at 7:00pm at The Woodland (60 Woodland Rd. Maplewood, NJ), where MDR is the resident theater company. The reading is $20 (advance purchase), $25 (if purchased at the door) and open to the public. Student/Senior discounts are also available. Cortland Repertory Theatre, one of New York State's longest running professional summer theatres, has announced their 47th annual season for the summer of 2018. Once again this year, all six mainstage shows are making their CRT debuts, with at least one making its regional debut.

The Granite Theatre of Westerly, announces the opening of the musical Jesus Christ Superstar , music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Tim Rice. The show that changed the musical theatre world 45 years ago about a man who changed the world 2000 years ago! The show opens Friday October 20, 2017 and runs Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm through November 19, 2017. Producer/ Artistic Director for the theatre is David Jepson.

Theatre NOVA, Ann Arbor's professional theatre with an exclusive focus on new plays and playwrights, presents their semi-annual Michigan Playwrights Festival, now in its third year. Six new plays by Michigan playwrights will be presented in the fall, and an additional five plays and playwrights will be given readings next summer.

Samuel French has assembled a distinguished judging panel including playwrights Jiehae Park, James Hindman, Lauren Yee and Rachel Bonds; Artistic Directors Andrew Leynse (Primary Stages), Jonathan Silverstein (Keen Company), Susan Westfall (City Theatre, Miami), Emily Morse (New Dramatists) and Ciera Iverson (National Alliance of Musical Theatres); and industry professionals John Clinton Eisner (The Lark), Michael Walkup (Page 73), Abigail Katz (Atlantic Theater Company).

The World Premiere of Multiple Family Dwelling will be produced by New Jersey Repertory Company (NJ Rep) from March 9th to April 9th. Written by James Hindman, and directed by Alan Souza, it stars Dana Brooke, Dustin Charles, Maria Couch and Jared Michael Delaney.
